worked like a charm
I was having a problem with smudges on all the printouts. Once I pulled the transfer belt it was very dirty and had some defects. After cleaning with a lint free towel and reinstalling it was better but needed to be replaced. When I received the new part it solved the problem and the core return was smooth too.
