Nice microwave
The media could not be loaded. Looks good, works great, has good features and no annoying sounds. Didn’t find a matching Trim Kit, husband custom made a trim kit around the microwave and color matched to the white cabinets.

Kind of loud
Huge platter. No one button push for time. It worked perfectly with the trim kit. It's kind of loud.

It's a great microwave and I like Samsung products. It simple to use and elegant at the same time. Easy to usr and easy to clean.

Disappointing
This microwave is decently sized and priced....BUT it was very noisy buzzing on start up and then just loud in general while cooking! I would press cook with company over and people would around like an airplane was about to land in my kitchen. Then one day it started to cook, loud as usual and then just shut off completely. the display and everything just died. I figured oh its the breaker...NOPE. Oh maybe the plug...NOPE!! I pulled the microwave out of my center island that I just trimmed out 8 months ago when this microwave was new and now it has to come apart. Plugged a different appliance into the microwave outlet and it works just fine (air fryer). Seems like this is the ONLY Samsung product I've ever that has dissapointed. I cannot recommend and now they are out of stock. Empty hole in my new kitchen. Thumbs down, sad face emoji ;-(

Wow, this thing is loud
I really wanted to buy a microwave that wasn't built by Midea Corp. (98% of microwaves sold in the US are--they're really all the same: google Wirecutter microwaves), because they are universally crap. I had good past experience with the brands that make their own magnatrons (Samsung, LG, and only for higher-end models, Panasonic), so I was happy to see this one on sale, deep discount. Hmm.It works fine. I use it daily. The interior capacity is awe-some... But like wow, it is freaking LOUD. BUZZ!!! Typically only for the first 10-15 seconds, and then it calms down, but for a 5-minute cook, the BUZZ can come back unexpectedly multiple times.I live in a remote area, so I'm not going to try to return it, and it works, so I'll use it, but caveat emptor. I actually have high brand loyalty for Samsung, but this unit has challenged that.
