Easy to work with seller
FedEx nearly lost my package. The seller was very helpful and cooperative in helping me nag FedEx to track it down. Now for the actual item: I chose a scooter with these "all-terrain" bike style tires because my home has a mix of carpet and hard floor, and I wanted to be able to drive over those transition points. Also I really want to be able to get outside at and least walk? scoot? around the block for some exercise. So far I am really pleased with the quality of the scooter and the air-filled tires are very comfortable. The knee rest is pretty good, I may add some additional padding as it gets worn down but I would expect that of any knee scooter. I would not want to rely solely on these brakes if I were, say, speeding downhill - but they are useful for slowing my momentum along with using my good foot to stop. The turning radius is much better than I expected. My house has a lot of narrow doorways so I'm doing a lot of three-point (or ten-point...) turns and the scooter handles these well.I am only 5'3" so this scooter just barely fits me - it's almost too tall even on the shortest settings for the knee rest and handlebars. However when I put on my clunky exercise shoes it's a manageable fit. If you are considered "petite" you may want to try a smaller model if possible.Assembly wasn't very hard, except for inflating the tires. As other reviewers have noted, the pump that is included is lousy. We pulled out our own bike pump but it sprung a leak after inflating the first tire. Fortunately we have several neighbors who are avid cyclists and were happy to help inflate the remaining tires. Also on assembly, I'm not sure if there were clips or zipties for the brake cables that we missed, but you definitely need something to tie off the brake cables - otherwise they hit the front wheels as you're rolling.Overall I'm very happy so far with the scooter. It was less expensive to just buy one than it would have been to rent one for as long as I'll need it, and it seems sturdy enough to last my whole convalescence.

By Far the Best Knee Roller on the Market..
I had a different Knee Wheeler, but not a Cheap Brand and this is 10 Times better.Biggest problem with my other one was the Handle Bars were very unstable from day one. I’m happy to say that this ones handle bars do not move at all. They are very strong and sturdy. 5-15-20195-24-19 — I’ve had it 10 Days now and I’ve not had one issue.I use this Knee Roller constantly due to having my lower leg Amputated, & I am here to tell you that this Knee Roller is Solid, Sturdy and rolls over uneven terrain without Hesitation and you don’t even feel the Bumps, uneven concrete or Asphalt. This has replaced my Crutches and Wheelchair. This makes everything you do in a days time very easy.I was confined to my home, wheeling out to my Truck was doable but I could not put wheelchair in the Truck, because standing on one leg and having to use one arm to hang on to the Truck, I could never get the correct leverage to hoist it in.The knee wheeler is a Breeze to roll out to my truck and Hoist it in with very little effort.( It weighs 22 #).Best decision I’ve made since Amputation without a Doubt. This was $184.00 , it is worth every penny.

Solid choice, good value, knee pad could be better
Update: Pads sold on Amazon are slightly too small, but I was able to get the fabric part on there, used that for a few weeks, then it stretched out enough that the foam pad fit inside. SUCH a huge difference with a pad on top! Mine is sort of fake fur, black, easy to wash by hand. No slipping on that fake leather. Manufacturer might consider adding pad as an option or standard. Also upgrading foam inside because it breaks down with daily use.Update: Eight weeks in, all still working well except the pad is coming apart on one seam, and the foam is smashed down in the middle. I can’t return because I need it to get around, so I am buying one of the fake sheepskin pad covers. Prob should have done that weeks ago: the pad is not that comfortable. The squeaks are annoying and the levers not easy to use. But overall, a good value for a sturdy scooter.—-Sturdy, heavy, solid construction. I went with this one after a friend told me her scooter’s wheels were too thin to work well outdoors. I’ve been indoors 99% since my ankle surgery, but am glad i got the more solid one. I still have months of recovery ahead. Folding is easy but also tricky to unfold correctly.
