Absolute truth...
...I just threw away every other rub in the cupboard. Not even kidding. This is SO good. Just the right amount of sweet. I don't need to look any further. When your baby back ribs come out so good that you don't even need to bring a wet sauce to the table... Yeah, I'm done searchin'.

Great rub for many purposes
I use on ribs and pork butt. It's a great sweet rub with a hint of bacon flavor. I wouldn't use if I was also using actual bacon in a recipe, but it's great when you want to combine pork flavors. The bacon is very subtle - at time not noticeable - but it's there. Love this rub.

As a new smoker, you don't know what rubs to try. Meat Church has been recommended by so many people in the Facebook groups. So I gave it a try. Just incredible. Offered up a nice bark and the ribs were very juicy. I'm sold on all the Meat Church rubs.
