Too dry and much less dry fruits and berries than written on the pack
I have been using True Elements seeds mix for a little while and the quality has always been great. Just got my parents to eat muesli during breakfast, so decided to purchase the Fruits and Nuts 1 Kg variant of True Elements Muesli.The jar is sturdy and keeps the product fresh. Have been consuming the muesli for 2 days now and me and my parents all feel that the muesli is way too dry and crumbly. On top of it, the quantity of Almonds and Berries is very little. You have to search for the same to get one. Comparatively, the same variant of Muesli from Yogabar has a lot more fruits and nuts and is much for edible. Quite disappointed with the quality of this True Elements product, didn't expect it to be of such inadequate quality. Would advise against buying muesli from True Elements going by this experience.

There is lot of fiber in it and is very healthy I am sure.It is cheaper compare to other brands.. Tastewise it is not too great.. But much better than corn starch and sugar filled stuff..

Satisfying Breakfast Option
I had tried various healthy breakfast products like muesli, corn flakes, wheat flakes and oats from various brands which are popular in markets and retail stores but none of them was as satisfying as True Elements Muesli is.First of all, it is made of whole grains with no instant oats etc plus this has got loads of healthy seeds and berries as well which provides great nutrition and act as a good antioxidant mix and gives enough kick to start a good day.I take this with milk or sometimes munch this directly from the packet. Its easy on stomach and overall a good product at a reasonable price.
