I like the style of the G2, both the gel pens and the mechanical pencils. As a lefty, I tend towards ballpoint pens, but I’ve had decent results with the G2. The pencils are superb, and I’ve used both the 0.5 and the 0.7 several years. My only issue is the plastic clip, but at this price point I just get replacements.

Always a good choice. It is my favorite mechanical pencil that I use because I love the .5 lead it’s fine point makes my writing easier and looks great!

The best. Soft lead and is dark.

I've been using this pencil for four years continuously now, through my engineering school and my newly started career.I use my pencils to take notes and do homeworks and pretty much write anything I need to write. So, I really need a good pencil. Indeed, it's a little expensive for the price, but whenever I change to using another pencil, it feels different and I'll be looking for this pencils again.The only con of this pencil is that it is very difficult to find. Every now and then, I'll lose my pencils and would buy another from Amazon again. The clear pencil barrels will tell you if you are about to run out of lead and the soft grip is great to grip the pencil. I don't really use the eraser built in on the pencil because I like to use a dedicated eraser. Besides, if you use the eraser attached to this pencil, eventually it will flatten out and you can't fill lead into the pencils anymore. Also, be careful not to lose the eraser. The eraser acts like a "cap" for the lead barrel, and the actual cap has a hole on it, so if you lose the eraser, the lead barrel is pretty much non-existent.

I've used every mechanical pencil on the face of the planet. The Pentel Sharplet 2 reigns supreme in my opinion, but if you are looking for a mechanical pencil that feels more like a pen, then these will be a great choice.The metal writing tip will retract fully in the pencil to protect itself, which is a good feature. The same metal tip is long enough to provide a smooth guide for lead sticks and prevent any unnecessary breaks. The barrel will hold a large amount of refills so you never run out.The eraser is unique to the pencil. It works OK, but I'd suggest a dedicated block or stick type eraser. Refills can be found on Amazon. The eraser comes with a small clear cap that is removable, but there's really nowhere to place it where it won't get knocked off a desk or table. I like to keep the eraser cap on so I don't use it over my block eraser from habit.They write well, they feel great, but they're a little fatter than your traditional mechanical pencil. I like 'em.

Nothing to dislike they are wonderful mechanical pencils . They are comfortable to hold they are very worth the money . Glad I bought them these are the best mechanical pencils you can buy I like them better than the 0.5 mm it is easier to find the eraser refills for these mechanical pencils then it is for the 0.5 mm mechanical pencils
