Needed a drawstring so that it could be tightened.

The hoop works well as long as the dress on top of it is not very heavy. But the elastic waist was not big enough for my actress to get her hips through. So we had alter with more elastic.

It was just right fullness for my skirt. It would flex when I was seated and popped back into shape when I stood up. Stores flat. Two thumbs up

I was nervous buying this due to so few reviews, but I'm so glad I purchased this. It's honestly great. Its a little tight around my waist, but its not horrible or hindering my ability to wear it. Would definitely recommend this to others.
