Rechargeable Hand Warmer 10050mAh High Capacity 2A Quick Charge Power Bank - Heats 8 to 12 Hours LE 3-in-1 External Battery Charger

I've had this hand warmer for 3 years now and it is WEAK and takes forever to charger. I have another brand I use EnergyFlux Ellipse 5200mAh Rechargeable Wrap-around Hand which I also bought around the same time. I use both chargers when I'm outdoors and the EnergyFlux chargers 15x's more quicker, and is 10x more hotter. Wish there was a setting for Deforst Labs where you could change from low heat to HIGH head such as what the other brand offers. All in all I would like is slightly below average compared to the other hand warmer I have. Not ideal for cold outdoors activates...you will be disappointed. This product is insulated with plastic where as the other product is insulated with metal aluminum...obviously metal conducts heat much more effectively than Defrost Labs silly plastic insulator.

I have severe Raynaud's and it is really driving me nuts these days. It is so bad that it can be 90 degrees but if I hold a cold drink can for too long (or anything cold) my Raynaud's will be triggered. When it is that warm it is relatively easy to warm my hands back up to temp. However, if it is down to 80 or below, i have to run my hands under warm/hot water to get the blood flowing again. This is a royal pain, because sometimes it can take a minute to get hot water out the faucet and worse yet, many times I don't have access to hot water.My hands stay cold throughout the day, so it doesn't take much of a temperature drop or a short time touching something cold (metal or anything from the fridge/freezer) to trigger it. And of course, I can't reverse it easily without running under water.I bought one of these to try and I was instantly a fan. So much so that I went ahead and ordered a second one a week later. I did that because the battery life is only 5-6 hrs, and I need more coverage than that.Last night the temp outside had dropped to ~50 degrees and normally I would have struggled to do anything outside in those temps without having to stop frequently to warm them under water. Well, I turned on both warmers and put one in each front pocket of my pants and went to work on my truck. When i felt my hands starting to get cold I put them in my pockets for a minute to warm them, and then got back to work. I don't know how I survived the last couple of years with this condition without these warmers. But now I feel confident that I can make it through many scenarios without having an attack. Hand warmers and flash light works, doesn't charge my phone

Item worked great for about 30 recharges then it became erratic: took 6 hours to charge, switch for light worked intermittently then it completely failed to recharge. In checking about a return/refund I was told by GE Shops via Amazon that I would have to contact the manufacturer since it was not returnable to Amazon/GE shops. DEFROST LABS HAS NO WEBSITE/EMAIL. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. NO WAY TO RESOLVE PROBLEM WITH UNIT

I LOVE it. 3 more of my friends have ordered it too. The smaller one is the one I got. It is very comfortable for my small hands. it also gets hotter than the bigger one. My friends got the bigger one thinking it was better. It wasn't .
