I just realized I've ordered this 14 times so I thought I should write a review. It works. It gives me a clean boost at the gym and I power through 20-30 minutes of weights and 20-30 minutes of cardio with zero fatigue, 6 days a week. I'm hesitant to say I'm a little addicted to it. My workouts are unbearable without it. The taste is OK, but a little on the salty side. I assume this is electrolytes to replace those lost with working out. I'm a 46 year old female, vegan, and average height/weight. I'm not super muscular or perfectly athletic; I just really like working out when I take this stuff.

Absolutely love this product. Was happy to find a preworkout product that does not have beta alanine in it. This is made with natural ingredients and has a great flavor. The energy burst is present, but not overwhelming or powerful. Great for early morning workouts on an empty stomach. Have this product on autoship!

I rarely write reviews, but this product is such a waste of your money and it can’t be returned. I wish I would’ve listened to the previous reviews, the description of the strawberry lemonade flavor is completely false. I can force down most products if I don’t like the taste, but the flavor in this is difficult to believe that any company would intentionally make it taste this way. It’s that bad!! I love the energize from Beachbody and my husband drinks ghost, but I wanted to try something more convenient than waiting for my Beachbody orders and I’ve had Vega protein powder and have enjoyed it, but nothing could prepare me for what a total waste of money this product was. I kept burping it up and almost puking each time. I couldn’t even get down half a cup while plugging my nose and forcing it down. I ended up drinking my husbands ghost pre-workout. The after taste is even worse than the disgusting flavor as you’re drinking. Is another company selling their product under the Vega name? Who would put this on the market? Please save your money!! There are so many pre-workout options!! I promise the description of strawberry lemonade flavor isn’t even remotely accurate!!

Good amount of caffeine to get you going but the taste isn’t great, I mix it with as little water as possible to avoid tasting it.

Vega Sport pre-workout energizer is a great-tasting drink; the strawberry lemonade flavor is the best! It doesn’t make me jittery and allows me to focus and get the most out of my workouts. I also like that it’s made entirely of high-quality plant-based ingredients. I highly recommend Vegas Sport!

Great to start the morning, better than Tang. Though I add it to Tang for a really good kick in the morning. Great to prep for a work out too.

As someone who has to be heart conscious but wanted a preworkout for early morning lifting sessions- this is great! No weird feelings and doesn’t elevate my heart rate like normal pre workouts!
