I wanted to make a Comfort & Care basket for someone who had miscarried because the premade ones were kind of sterile. It was so well received, they let me know it brought a smile to them in this difficult time.What is more comforting that a warm and soft hug. I knew a wanted to find a great blanket and this one was just perfect. It was a very calming cream or oatmeal color, was a great size, and the material was thick and soft. The quote on it was just beautiful. I lost my son about 1.5 years ago and it brought tears to me eyes.

I purchased this blanket for a dear friend who just lost her mother.It is beyond perfect. The color is soothing. It’s thick, but not overwhelming, perfect for keeping warm. It’s the perfect size, and I haven’t washed it, but looks like it will hold up very well. The heart and writing is sewn on well, and the writing is very clear. Sizing of the heart is the perfect touch, especially when folded for laying over a chair or sofa.Hopefully I won’t need to order another blanket for someone else, but if I do, I will definitely re-order this one!
