Junk and rude Customer Service
I ordered this kit because my Jeep Grand Cherokee was feeling a little loose due to suspension components being old so I decided to try this out. I am VERY apprehensive buying car parts online definitely prefer the store but I decided to take the chance and 3 months later I'm already regretting it. My jeep is a daily driver never goes off-road so I expected this to last a long time. So while driving I hit a pothole and didn't think anything of it until I heard something metal bouncing on the road. Pulled over and checked and the sway bar link stud had completely snapped and it was just dangling! Then to top it off they are charging me shipping for the warranty replacement! I DO NOT recommend this product and as soon as I have the opportunity I'll be ripping all this garbage off and putting on all new components again.Update1 year after purchase my other sway bar link just snapped and made me almost lose control of my vehicle!
