I chose this eyeliner because for me, liquid eyeliner is the easiest to put on. Whenever I use a pencil eyeliner, it looks like I have not slept in ages due to I can't get the lines as thin as I want them making me look like I have dark circles under my eyes, lol.This lasts a long time, is easy to use, and is a great quality. I used to use the L'Oreal eyeliner, but I like the Palladio even better. Don't hesitate if you are a liquid eyeliner girl like me.

perfect, doesn't come off until you take it off, makes my eyes so Green you got to have this, buy it and love it. I'm a big fan of this brand of makeup, it came quickly in the mail too

The brush is very easy to use and it goes bon smoothly. I didn't see alot of shimmer.

I am always hunting for the perfect eyeliner. To me the important criteria are availability of good basic colors (do people really need teal or silver or lavender eyeliner? I don't), ease of application, and long wear. Palladio scores well in all three areas.First, the colors: They have black, black/brown, and navy, as well as a few more shimmery shades that I don't use. I currently have the black and black brown shades, and have had the navy in the past. They are exactly the rich colors you expect them to be.Second, I love the ease of application. It's eyeliner liquid with a felt tip applicator. To me, that's the ideal form eyeliner should take. I find that eyeliner pencil doesn't glide on smoothly or intensely enough, brush applicators are hard to use for even application, and eyeliner markers tend to start out wet and then get dryer as you apply it. Ugh! But Palladio, that I've been using for ages, applies smoothly each time and stays smooth in the bottle for a long, long time. The felt tip is just the right thickness so that you can control the line, from fine to wide depending on how you use it. The top of the bottle is thin, which I find easiest to manipulate.And finally, this stuff lasts all day once applied and dry. Although it is not waterproof, it is smudge-proof and I have never had it melt or bleed. Granted, I have dry skin, so I don't know if having oily eyelids would make it smudge or not. But for me, it lasts perfectly, yet is easy to remove with eye makeup remover, either the oily or non-oily kind.All in all, Palladio is the perfect eyeliner for me, and I recommend it highly.

Stays on good. Color is a little dark for me but is easy to apply. I am satisfied.

I have been using this eyeliner for years. At first, the brush is a little stiff and so I soften it by pushing it against some surface. After that, it works for months and it’s great. But it’s not waterproof.

I bought this because I wanted waterproof mascara. My fall allergies are bad, and, thus, my eyes water a lot. As soon as they started to water and I used a tissue to wipe them, the eyeliner wiped right off. I have no idea why the description says waterproof. It’s not waterproof at all.

I like this eyeliner, for ease of application, and it's well pigmented . I don't have to go over and over to get the intensity of color. But it will smear EASILY if it gets wet with tearing or getting wet from rain, etc. I'm looking now looking for something waterproof.

Great eye liner, applies nicely and had no issues with smudging, but it’s easy to remove. I like the ingredients, and purchased in shimmer black and purple. Would buy again.
