I have used a variety of probiotics as part of an on-going effort to promote gut and colon health. I cannot quantify what benefits I receive, however, I like the idea of this one for seniors, which I am, and the efficient and careful packaging and shipping. :Product arrives having been kept cool with small ice packs. I appreciate the care. As for effectiveness, time will tell. I am a repeat customer/user.
