Lawmate™ PV-RC200HDW Lawmate™ WiFi Enabled Keychain Video Camera: 1080P Covert Surveillance & Remote Control

I recently purchased the LawMate IPV-RC200HDW Key Chain HD 720P / 1080P Resolution Camera and DVR with a 32GB Micro SD Card and I have mixed feelings about it.Firstly, I was disappointed to find out that this device does not have audio recording capabilities. For me, this is a deal breaker as I was specifically looking for a device that could record both video and audio.However, the video quality is decent, but it's not the best. I found that the lens is not wide-angle, which means that it doesn't capture as much of the surroundings as I would have liked. Additionally, the WiFi feature is a nice touch, but I found it to be a bit finicky and difficult to connect to at times.Overall, I would give this device a 3-star rating. While it does have some nice features, such as the HD resolution and the WiFi connectivity, the lack of audio recording and the narrow field of view are significant drawbacks for me.

The date and time stamp function would not work. When I requested technical support, there was absolutely no response. And adding injury to insult, when I returned the item they had the nerve to charge a $29.00 "restocking" fee. A bad, bad experience overall. There are better products/companies out there.

The only negative is the button to start and stop are too sensitive and can be pressed easily by accident.Great wifi feature and easy to sync and set the time.

I ordered this product in June of 2019 and have not been able to use it since January of this year. A whopping 6 months and used on a surveillance case maybe a total of 7 times.The device shows that it is charged, but when I remove the charging cable from the device and press the record button, the device freezes or automatically turns off. I always have to stick a needle into the reset device button, but will again freeze or turn off - a never ending cycle. It also has an issue with connecting to WiFi to be able to watch phone video on the "PV Cam Viewer".When working properly, this key fob camera works great for my undercover surveillance, especially inside casinos. Hopefully I can exchange my defective device for another one or get a refund since I'm still under the 1-year warranty.

Product is described as recording audio and video. It does not record audio. Picture is good quality though.

Functioned as advertised. Great quality video. I can not provide info related to night vision use as I have not used in low light conditions. Very satisfied so far..UPdate: 01/02/2020Sad to report, I returned the item for refund. What good is video if no sound. Other than that, if you only seeking good video quality, then this product will likely serve your benefit.

The fact that it’s not working after getting it a couple of days ago. I’ve only used it twice . Someone please help me . I’ve charged it , and tried to turn it on but nothing .
