This product is well worth the price. I bought 2 of them and always keep my 6 tennis balls in these between games. You will get at least an extra month of use out of the tennis balls which pays for itself very quickly. If you play very infrequently then this is even more vital to keep the balls fresh for months and months. I play about 3 times a week and normally without this I am replacing balls every 2 weeks as they go flat.

This product is fantastic! I've used it with a new can of balls, and they've held up remarkably well through five practice and match sessions across two weeks maintaining a great bounce. I did have to replace the balls after the felt began to show signs of wear, but the bounce was just as if you had a fresh set of tennis balls every time.

Loose gasket, always need to rotate when opening, never pull straight out after you've unscrewed or the gasket will roll off. The yellow ball saver seems to be better built.

This thing works. No other way to put it. The outside of the balls wear out before the ball losses pressure when stored in this thing in between playing days. I am ordering another one.

O-ring is in place and well lubricated. But there is minimal resistance when screwing it down on tennis balls to create pressure. Assuming air is leaking past the seal.

I called Gamma Sports. They say they are NOT the manufacturer, and that if I need a replacement "O" ring seal, I have to contact the actual manufacturer --- with NO reference about how to make that contact. (Replacement "O" rings are needed every few years to maintain the seal.)
