Overall nice product...
Product is good at this price compaire to others,few options are not there like Stop rotational...Size is little bulky in respect of with & build quality little lighter side,but one thing I must say the micro mode is very powerful, convection mode also looks good let's see the durability...This review is after 10 days of usase product.

Received a faulty product
The media could not be loaded. As the title says, received a faulty microwave. It makes some weird noises as soon as it is turned on. Had an LG microwave before buying this one, it worked good for more than 10 years.Tried to make a service request online through Amazon app and received a visit from technician 7 days later, by that time the return period will most definitely be over.This product I did not receive any support from service center so had to call an LG service person from nearby center.The service person recommended to get it exchanged quickly .Already uploaded a video made by the service person.Getting exchange on Amazon is not as smooth as it was earlier. Now they have some new type of procedure to go through. Totally a scam. There should be an ease of use for person buying good from you.Now you have to go through a list of things before they exchange or refund your product.Anyways this product might not be bad as might have received a faulty product.You get good discount when buying online and all but it's still better to buy from a store, is what I recommend as you can get to speak to a person not some voicemail.Really bad experience.
