I got a used product where it was not working and the packaging is so much tampered, when asked the delivery person he said it was sent in the same condition.Did not expect this as this was the second time this happens

Great product!
It's travel friendly and heats up quickly. The swivel cord is long enough to use without discomfort. It doesn’t have heat adjustment setting other than a switch on & off button. Would prefer if it came with a travel heat cover along with the straightener; But nevertheless great purchase for its price.
