I was scared before purchasing this since we never bought anything like this online however amazon is great not only the delivery was very smooth the product is upto mark. Prefect machine. The product is not good .alignment of the case provided improper size on trying only false stitches. THOUGH SOMEONE TESTEDIT HOPEFULLY. qUALITY OF MAVHINE VERY POOR... plEASE REPLACE OR REFUND
