Great for MTB!
Keeps the weight low and out of the way. Holds a folded 29" tire, tube, collapsing pump, 2oz of Stan's, camera, food. If you're looking to upgrade from a floppy fanny pack that constantly needs adjusting go with this. Works!

It's a Five Star Steal.
Just got this. It seems to be very well made. I'm replacing a High Sierra waist bag that cost about twice as much, but does not include shoulder or bag straps. I live in Arizona where it is hot. Waist packs slide down on me because I have a small butt. I was going to use a small full back pack because of this issue. Although this full backpack is small it still would produce a huge amount of heat between my back and the pack. The waist pack from TOP-UP here was an obvious solution. I just tried it on and it is in fact the solution. The water bottle carriers hold 20 oz. bottles very snugly - maybe just a little too snug. The bag seems to be stitched well. The very smallest compartment has a vertical zipper that closes when the zipper is up. I would have reversed that because it can be pulled down very easily. That compartment is so small that it doesn't have to be used, so it is not an issue. Other than that this beats my High Sierra bag in that it includes the backpack and should straps. The TOP-UP bag has a ventilation channel between the waist pack and my back. The High Sierra waist pack does not have that. This is a very important superiority for me in hot, hot Arizona. The TOP-UP bag also has zippered pockets on the waist strap the High Sierra doesn't. The High Sierra is made remarkably well. It is formed a little better and so looks a little more polished. But the stitching on the bags look about the same and that's what counts. If this bag has any issues in the future I will be back to report them here. Right now for the price it's a five star steal.

use of pack
This pack does not work for me. I wanted something I can use for my monthly hiking excursions of 10 miles or less. Two water bottles is enough to take me through short hikes of this mileage but the pockets for holding the water bottles are not a big enough diameter to hold anything but the plastic water bottles you get from the store or the plastic water squeeze bottles you can get from any sports equipment store. I have some metal bottles that hold more than what the little bottles that will fit in those pockets and I cannot use them with this pack. Not what I was looking for.

Shoulder and backpack straps are junk
I chose this pack over others because I am using it as a camera bag and it fit my gear just a little bit better. The pack seems to be good quality, but not as good as others. The water bottle holders are smaller than others and don't stretch as well. The backpack straps, which I am a fan of, feel VERY cheap and are much shorter than other packs I tried out. The shoulder strap it comes with is also very narrow and cheap. Hoping I can find nicer backpack style straps somewhere online. For quality, I would go with another option in a similar price range. I only chose this pack because the size was a little bit better for my needs.

Water bottle holders too small
This could have been a good waist pack if it water bottle holders held a reasonable size water bottle. It was a struggle to put a 24 oz plastic water bottle into either of the extremely small diameter and short water bottle holders. It took both hands to hold the bottle and try to stretch out the holder. About all they are good for is a 500 ml plastic disposable water bottle. Otherwise the overall design appeared nice. The size was good, number of pockets and size reasonable but the inability to hold reasonable size water bottles was a deal breaker. As long as you don't want to really do a day hike where you need much water it might work but otherwise no.

Lots of room and good cargo protection with rugged yet comfortable load bearing.
This is ideal for my application. I load it with emergency medical supplies and equipment and water for myself and a potential patient when I go into remote areas on medial missions. It may be a little bulky for other applications, but the shoulder harness is ideal for my heavy loads.

Strap buckle on the water bottle is a nice feature
Love the fanny bag. The only thing I would suggest is a front cross strap with a quick disconnect buckle to hold the suspenders inward so they don't slide off the shoulders

You need suspenders
Waist packs on the trail tend to sag, especially if you're carrying water in them. This neat suspender system eliminates the problem. I should add that straps were missing the first time I ordered these, but thanks to Amazon's return system, I had a new pack in a week.

Happy
Really like it. Used on a small hike couple weeks ago . Is better as a backpack...a bit big to use as a single waist pack.Buying another one for the girlfriend.
