Pleasantly surprised.
Note: I've only had this for a few days, and will update it if needed. For a long time, I've had a 12x12" old monitor hanging on my wall. Basically a Michael Scott TV.Having horrible vision, and sitting 8ft away from that was not fun. I felt like a toddler just watching the colors move by.I needed something better, and I've always wanted a home theater. Movie theaters left something to be desired. I don't know if it was being kicked out for bringing in fifths, the outrageous price for popcorn, or the condescending looks when screaming at the screen.I ordered free shipping, to save a few dollars. Expecting to get it in 10-14 business days. I received it after only 2 days. The projector is smaller than it looks in the picture, which at first made me believe it wouldn't be that good.Setting it up is really straight forward. It's pretty much plug and play. You just have to remember to select the source, by default it tries running off of USB.It comes with an HDMI cable, but it's not too long. It will probably be long enough for most cases, but mine it was not. I'm running all the cables behind the couch and around the wall, so I needed extra slack. The remote does not come with AAA batteries, which did surprise me. They almost always do. So make sure you have a few of those around. The lens cover will not go over it unless the focus has been shifted so that it's outside the case. So you will have to re-adjust the focus when you want to store it. The tilt on it is a little loose, but not enough it causes any trouble with functionality. The fan is audible, but only when the room is quiet. Now for some good stuff.I was excited when I got it, and didn't want to wait for nightfall to play something. In memory of my previous media center, I played The Office. Despite having white blinds, having a white wall and being the middle of the day. I could still see the picture pretty clearly. After a few minute of fiddling with the tripod and focus, I got a really clear, and huge picture. I haven't measured but it looks like it's about 10ft wide. I have to turn my head to see one end to the other. If focused right, you can read fine text, like netflix descriptions. The projector is tiny compared to other ones. It is very easy to store when not in use. It also does not feel as cheap as I thought it would. The outer casing is rather sturdy. The lens itself is seated properly. You'll want to fidget with the color settings a bit too. What I did to calibrate that, was to compare the desktop background on my PC, to what was being projected. I adjusted each setting until they were matched. You'll really want to to this. I did this in the middle of Black Panther, and whished I would've done it sooner.I'm still blown away about how vivid this projector can be. I really can't stress how vivid this projector is.Comparing it to things like a 4k sony projector it won't look that good. But if you look at this projector in reference to the cost, I honestly think it's one of the best ones you can get. I've seen others in the same price category not be able to throw readable text, or get past a 5ft screen. My budget for my home theater was $100, I didn't think it was possible. This projector, along with some $20 logitech sub+speakers works really well. Now I can get the full movie experience, get drunk, and yell at the screen all I want!

Good projector for the money
I wanted a projector for an art project and also to use for an entertainment room in my basement. I picked this one because in the description it said it was updated and was over 3000 lumens. Mouly sure if that’s accurate you still need a dark room for a good picture. However if you have a dark space this does put up a good picture. You will want some sort of external speakers because the sound quality is about the same as your cell phone speaker. Not terrible if you’re sitting beside it. If you’re streaming you’l probably have to go into the settings of the app and change the audio to stereo or no sound will come out. All in all a pretty decent projector for under $70.

Surprising performance!
First a warning. Despite what the features claim, this is NOT a 3D capable unit. It's 2D only. Not sure why they mention it has 3D, but it doesn't.That said the 2D image was better than expected. It does require some tweaking but fortunately there are two options for user settings for picture & color temp. Image is generally sharp, especially with facial detail on close-ups. I researched other units under $200 and most seem to have some sort of issues. A giant spot, blurring at edges, etc. I have found no such issues here. Image is pretty uniform across the board.Blacks vary, depending on source. Obviously you're not going to get the levelas on OLEDs. But they are seviceable, particularly on Blu-rays. For under $100 you're not going to get an image equal to BenQ, Optima, etc. But this is a strong performer, probably the best in it's price range. Attached images are projected on an off-white wall. If you keep expectations in check, I think you'll find that you will be pleasantly surprised. I was going to knock one star off because of no 3D. But their customer service is exemplary as well so i'll keep it at 5!

Sound is very low.
Sound is super low, I will suggest an extra speaker so you can hear, other then that works fine.I use it to do yoga and exercise outdoors.

NOT FUNCTIONAL
Bought this for the Superbowl to use outside with our white wall & it was awful. The lens was crooked, nothing was as advertised for the product here. It would not connect to any device (we tried a TV, two different laptops, etc.) You`re better off buying a nicer one because this one does not work

Absolutely worth the price
The unboxing was perfect and the setup was intuitively easy but I watched a review video on YouTube before I purchased the unit. Apparently a lot of people like this projector.A USB drive worked just great and the navigation was simple. Connecting the included HDMI cable to my PC was successful without any problems. However, when using a purchased 3-way HDTV cable, I had my first problem. I knew there must be intelligence in that cable and not just wires. I'm a software engineer so I suspected that only software could make my phone do what it did. Wonnie support recommended I use a different cable and they recommended one. I only hope Amazon will take the old cable back. LOLThat being said, I purchased the cable they recommended and it worked just fine except the audio is not directed to the HDMI cable and comes out the phone speaker. Not a problem, because I plan on connecting to an external sound system anyway. It's also disappointing that there is no HDTV cable that will allow copy protected content. There goes my desire to make millions by showing a movie to a room full of non-paying customers. I'm sure that must have been tried.I am totally satisfied with my projector but don't have a photo or video of the awesome quality because I don't have a screen up yet.
