A nice cook book
A gift for my sister. She's 78 years young and running out of ideas for meals. This book has some good recipes for meals and easy to follow.

Simple, Tasty Recipes for the Busy Family
I pull this gem out during our hectic spring sports season and am always filled with gratitude. The organization of the chapters makes it easy to select recipes, and most I would label “do agains.” In fact, the sloppy joes are my “do forever”. I’ve probably cooked my way through half this book by now, and whatever I prepare is always well-received by my entire fam. Ingredients are simple to shop for and healthy. I collect cookbooks, and this is a must-have in my opinion.

Yummy and Easy
Every recipe we have tried has been so very good and easy to make! (Side Note: For those that also follow a gluten-free diet.... though not a gluten-free cookbook, many of the recipes are naturally gluten-free, or can be with a few minor tweaks. For recipes in the cookbook that aren't already gluten-free, I subbed King Arthur's gluten-free measure for measure flour blend for any all-purpose flour in the recipes without any problems. It was also easy to replace wheat based tortillas, breads, and pastas with gluten-free versions.) Our family highly recommends this cookbook! Favorite dishes so far are: Skillet Chicken Pot Pie with Drop Biscuit Crust, Memphis-Style BBQ Chicken Tacos with Coleslaw, Chicken Enchilada Melt Subs, Apple-Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Slaw Bowls with Garlic Dijon Honey Sauce, Elvis Breakfast for Dinner, The Simplest Sloppy Joes, Slow-Simmered Root Vegetables Beef Stew, Wild Card Chicken Soup, and Rustic Italian Sausage Soup! YUM!!!

Nice Cookbook
I like this cookbook. The recipes are simple, with most ingredient lists maxing out at 3-4 items. I especially enjoy the fact that the majority of recipes consist of ingredients that I already have on hand. I especially enjoy the crockpot and Instant Pot sections.

Good food, but Somewhat misleading subtitles
So the recipes we've tried so far have been easy and tasted good. However, I bought the books because I love sheet pan meals and just got an instant pot and there were only a few IP meals. The vast majority is standard cooking or crockpot dinners, which is fine if you expect that...

Must have cookbook for busy working mom’s
This book has made it into my life at the perfect time. I am a working mom with a husband who owns his own business and works 12-16 hours a day. My two daughters are in so many activities that finding time to cook, eat and get them to stuff has been the biggest challenge.I hear about this book in Janet Parshall’s radio show and bought it immediately. I can tell you it has been a huge gift to me.Last night I made the Sweet and Sour pork in the crock pot, and it was cooking while I was st two softball games. When I came home it was all ready to eat and all I had to do was make rice. It was delish and so easy to assemble the ingredients and throw together. Also so many of the ingredients and recipes I had on hand in my pantry/freezer, and are healthy for you.Last night I did the prep work for the Italian sausage and peppers and Elsa’s Chicken Bahamian “Soup” (which is so cool because my daughters name is Elsa), and I can’t wait to have that ready when I get home. The best part is there chapters and how it is laid out based on what time you do have for dinner. Good bye take out!!

Classic Recipes with a Modern Spin
Beautiful photographs and recipes I will actually cook. I have been using Eat At Home's menus for some time now, but it's nice to have a cookbook with some fast and tasty recipes to cook from. This book is arranged for the type of cooking that you might be doing - only have a few minutes? Pull out one of the quicker recipes. Have more time? There are some great recipes here too for the days when you have time to savor the experience of cooking. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for traditional recipes that are maybe not entirely new, but a new spin with a new gadget or a new way of preparation.
