他の方のレビューのとおり、このトレーナーに取り付ける棒は付属されていません。洗車ブラシ「ヒマワリ」という商品の柄(別売り)がちょうど良さそうだったので試してみたらピッタリでした。意外と華奢で粗末な作りなので利用頻度と使用強度によってはすぐに壊れてしまうかもしれません。フォームに対する打点を矯正するには最適な商品かと思われますのでそれなりに評価します。
