NECAPredator 51572 7 Inch Action Figure Ultimate Fugitive

Really cool representation of the character from the 2018 movie. On looks alone, NECA have nailed it completely with a superb sculpt and paint job - their best yet ! The figure sports a newly designed, fully articulated body which looks good apart from odd looking top elbow / bicep joints. It has no problem standing whatsoever and is more stable than any other Neca Predator body types to date. It also has with great poseability. The set comes with plenty of accessories, to suit the different looks in the movie - 4 blades, 2 alternate hands, forearms and unmasked head. The hands can be attached without problem, although on my example the forearm gauntlets were very loose to the point that they almost fall off whilst the alternate arms are incredibly tight - almost impossible to put on without breaking something (in my case the cannon). Even after soaking the whole set in hot water, it didn't make any difference, although it did free up a stiff knee joint. The alternate head is good, with plenty of detail, but it impossible (on my example) to put on as the neck peg is firmly set into the biomasked head and cannot be removed without a risk of breaking or damage to the peg and or the head, so is pretty much a white elephant unless you chance it with some tools (pliers, vice, drill etc). However on this particular Predator, the biomask looks a lot better both in the film and also in plastic (imo), than unmasked.Prices of these collectables have risen sharply over the past couple of years, but this is a really nice shelfie to have, arguably the best Predator design to date, whether you like the new movie or not and if you're prepared to overlook the issues. As always need to shop around as these won't stay affordable for long.

The item arrived on time in great condition. It was the packaging was outstanding. And then inside the predator had all his attachment’s inside the box that it kept in the detail was excellent outstanding quality with all the accessories .An excellent peace with great detail for a collector . No complaints. I’m very pleased. Thank you.

The figure overall is solid and stands up without falling over, didn't seem to have any loose limbs on my version, though the arm joints were a bit stiff to move. Head mask detail is amazing and goes very nicely with the others from the range. The gun on the shoulder was also attached nicely, unlike the version from the first movie which kept falling off. However, one small issue. I tried changing the head and noticed the other has a female connector but no male connector as is needed. This would allow it to fit onto the older models but not this one. I have read other reviews stating that their is only one peg with a fat and thin end that is interchangeable but looked at the connector on the masked head with a magnifying glass and tried to remove it off with pliers, but it won't budge, in fact it looks like it's attached to the other head and not removable. Though to be fair the masked head looks better anyway.

An extremely detailed model as you can expect from NECA. Looks the part, and all of the moulding is crisp and sharp. It doesn’t include a lot of gear like in other Ultimate figures, but that’s down to the lack of gear used in the movie and not NECA being lazy! It certainly stands out in my collection, top paint job, top figure, at a very decent price.

Amazing detail, as a fan of the predater franchise it was spot on just wish it was bigger for your money.
