Phonak 2L (Left Side) Standard X-Receiver for Audeo, Smart, Naida CRT Receiver in The Ear

if you have certain model Phonak hearing aids then this unit replaces the side it says it replaces. very easy to remove old and replace with two pin unit. just be careful not to force in place. when the pins are lined up properly it pushes in very easy. worked in less than a minute. Hearing centers and some online retailers want to charge over $100 for a new one. it's no different than this unit.hint -- to remove an old or broken piece, on some hearing aids, you have to push the very tiny holding pin / slide out of the way using a small tool or needle type device. then the old piece pulls out. otherwise, you will think it's stuck. after replacing, i just used my fingernail to push / slide holding pin back in place. there are videos online to illustrate simple process. be sure to test after replacing. this new piece can be returned.

My hearing aids are 8 yrs old and the Left side wire broke in half. My Audiologist said that they couldn't get a new because they didn't make it anymore. He suggested that I check the Internet and Amazon had them. What a relief. My dr replaced the wire.Iy works well.

Great replacement for my Phonak hearing aids. These 2xs-l's just plugged right in and were ready to go. Great sound quality and clear crisp voice tones, great base pickup as well. They are well worth the price offered, and way cheaper than new hearing aids from some doctor.💯💯

This item was defective and I ordered a replacement which was great, but I did send the defective item back on 3/31/25 using UPS but it still doesn't show item return.

i have a pair of Phonax brios that are around 7 years old. Due to Humidity levels in Cabo San Lucas, the left devise was rendered inoperable. Being the age of the devise, parts are few pickings. I assume this keeps us buying new products, i get it...... However the NEW part arrived 2 days earlIer then expected and a breeze to install(youtube) Def...... wood recommend 4 sureSeller, if you find another 2 pin for either side please contact me,Lorenzo

We ordered these as a back up when hub’s other pair needed replacement parts that were not availableThis is more of a sound amplifier but it was a relief to have them as a backup

I ordered this part as a replacement for one of my husband's hearing aids. I found a YouTube video online that showed how to remove the old one and replace with the new one, and it worked perfectly! I'm so happy because using this replacement part saved us a ton of money on a repair or replacement. I am thrilled that I was able to do this myself, and now my husband has 2 functioning hearing aids again. The product is exactly as described, and arrived 3 days earlier than we anticipated. I would definitely recommend this item as well as buying from this company.

Expensive for what it is, but it’s a specialty item, so go figure. However, it’s also the best price I could find for this type item. So kudos to the seller and Amazon for that. Now for the important info: This fits my AUDEO S SMART III CROS hearing aid. If you have one close to this model with the 2 prongs, then it should work for you as well. Just be sure to select the proper side, L/R. Just remember when installing, go slow, don’t force it, and the prong outlet was at the bottom of the hole on my hearing aid.
