Initially bought one as a nice matcha latte treat, what I didn't expect was genuinely feeling a bit better. I have EDs, pcos and fibromyalgia and have seen improvements in inflammation, energy levels as well as improvements in alopecia, which I didn't expect at all. I'm not giving up my coffee but it's a really nice daily treat that makes me feel a little better in myself. It's easy to prepare and mixes well, I do half oat milk and half water as well as some strawberry syrup and it's absolutely delicious. It is expensive, don't get me wrong, but I feel like it's kind of worth it? I look forward to it every day and have now set up a subscription on their website.

Day 2 and very mixed feelings! How can this be only 1g of sugar and it tastes so sweet!?? And only 69 calories when it's so creamy?? This is very confusing.I can't taste any of the adaptogens ... but the taste overall is delicious ... oaty/coconutty/malty ... very soothing and nurturing. Really good taste and dissolved in hot water easilyBecause I'm confused about the sugar/carb content I'm ulikely to purchase again. I'm attempting to be low carb.Don't think it's strong enough to replace my normal coffee.As for the price, it's probably what you would have to pay to put all the seperate ingredients together so it's acceptable and not expensive.Will update when I finish if I feel differently.Update: day 3Just noticed the ingredients are not the same as advertised on Amazon. Bought for my daughter as she loves matcha. This is easy to prepare and tastes great. It’s definitely improved her mood. 👍

I do crave for this drink, just use hot water, a dash of honey and milk, delicious. I can feel the difference within few weeks 👍🏼👍🏼

After reading the comments I purchased this as people said it wasn’t bitter. I found that it is bitter but creamy and leaves a strange aftertaste. I’ve had other makes and haven’t had to add honey but I have to with this brand. It has given me energy and makes me feel full. It mixes well. I feel it’s quite expensive too.

I decided to try this out as an hgv driver I sometimes find myself getting tired on long hauls. THIS STUFF IS A GAME CHANGER. I'm alert and not sluggish I am sleeping better and it actually quite pleasant on the taste buds. Highly recommend stuff.

This is the third bag I have purchased. The previous 2 tastes lovely but the last one tastes very bitter and not creamy. Very disappointing as this product is not cheap. Not sure if the recipe has changed or that it’s a one off….
