This pillow is different from any other pillow you have ever used. It will take some time for you to adjust to how the pillow feels to your head and neck. It has a soft, smooth surface that feels good against your skin. There is a specific spot where you are to place your ear but I wasn't able to get my head positioned correctly on that area. The pillow does provide support to both your head and neck areas in both back and side-lying positions. The height of the pillow allows for your shoulder to lie comfortably against the mattress when in a side-lying position without feeling like the shoulder is compressed. I did not find it comfortable when lying on my stomach. The cover can be removed for washing. Reasonably priced so that you can afford to give it a try.

It also gives the firm support while still being soft.The case is very easy to wash, and then to reapply (when removing, pay attention to the fastening button in the middle). A regular pillowcase also fits, but original material has some cooling effect, and I don’t feel sweating in night.Also, according to me the design with special spots for your arms to rest Is a great idea!This pillow is a good quality, and the price cannot be beat for the product you get.Overall, I'm very glad about this purchase and I highly recommend this pillow!!!

The thickness is right for my neck (I like the fact that it has two different heights so that you can use the one best for you) and very comfortable. Helped eased my neck and shoulder pain. Although the pillow is a little too high, it is so well made and i'm trying to break it in a little so it isnt too high for me but my arm and my had doesnt fall asleep anymore, i have a cervical herniation and this truly is a great pillow
