Awesome Product & Best Customer Service!
The pictures do not do this product enough justice; the fake stone looks very realistic. Unfortunately, the center portion of the castle arrived completely crushed due to shipping. However, Alpine Customer Support was both attentive and extremely easy to work with and they quickly replaced the product. I was extremely happy to work with a Customer Service that has very high standards. I recommend anything from this company and will be buying other outdoor water features from Alpine!

Beautiful water fountain
The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful water fountain. It was purchased as gift for my mother for Mother's Day. She absolutely loved it. Setup was super easy. It is a heavy cast fountain and not made of cheap plastic. My only advice to anyone that purchases this is to closely inspect the tubing inside the fountain. There was a large piece of debris inside one section of the supply tubing causing the water flow to be very weak. Once I removed that debris it worked beautifully.

It arrived broken but no worries
I ordered in January and opened two days ago as it is now nice weather . The entire base was CRUSHED although packed in foam. Amazon would not let me return it. I cried. I contacted Alpine and spoke to Grace. These wonderful folks took care of it right away. I am using it for a memorial garden with fairies and gnomes and cardinals. I love it.

Disintegrating after 4 months of use.
Got my fountain out after carefully storing it for the winter. It is disintegrating. Some spots are so bad the mesh is showing. It is leaking horribly!!! It is unusable. I am so disappointed.

Love, Love, Love This Fountain
Yup, I Love, Love, Love This Fountain. I painted it up by re-doing the castle's stucco-work, accented the stone, re-painted the door brown with bronze knobs, and painted up the "moss" bushes around the castle. Then I applied a few coasts of sealant spray to protect it all. The areas that the water comes through are getting a series of blue stones set inside to add to the fantasy-water look, and in time I'll have some good quality fairies or gnomes perched on top, but am still in the market for the right ones. Ill upload pictures of it once it's finished, but this buy was a great deal for this particular fountain. By the way, the top piece comes off, so if you want to paint it separately, you can. Doesn't exactly line up when placed on top the rest of the castle, but it's hardly noticeable, and didn't distract me from giving this 5 stars!

Cute but broke down
Absolutely darling and looked perfect in my gnome garden, but the wheel wouldn't turn because the gaps along the edge didn't allow the compartments to fill (that's what makes it turn). After one season it quit working altogether because of sediment clogging the pump.

Like it but did embellish it some...
The media could not be loaded. I was relieved to see that this fountain was being shipped by UPS. It did arrive intact. I embellished it somewhat with some brighter green and purple paint to the areas that represent foliage. I also painted the door an antique purple and added some miniature fairies and miniature gnomes by simply hot gluing them while setting it up. Sometimes when the timer first turns it on, the water wheel will begin to turn backwards. You have to stop it and manually start it forward. I think the opening where the water comes out onto the water wheel should have been a fraction slightly to the front. I solved this issue with a hot glue gun by adding some dollops of glue resembling a stack of rocks to the back side of the water opening making the water come out more to the front of the opening. Also, the water tubes inside the fountain come off of the pump and split into a Y going up to two different outlets. I had to clean out one of the tubes because there was some sort of gray substance inside it. The water tubes were definitely used and came off of something else. With all that being said, I do like the outcome and enjoy it very much so far.
