Works great, no complaints.
Installed just as easily as any other head unit. There's a great selection of equalizer and audio enhancement options, multiple outputs if you're running more than one amp for a sub/speakers, and the bluetooth works great. It connects to my phone within 3 seconds of me turning on my car and starts playing wherever I left off before. The microphone works excellent after turning up the gain on it a bit, I have no issues taking calls in the car.My only (extremely minor) complaint is that the colors aren't quite as adjustable as I'd like, and while attempting to match the amber color in my bimmer it was far too dim to see in the daylight, despite having the brightness maxed out. Not a dealbreaker or the end of the world, I just turned it to white.I believe the negative reviews regarding connectivity or the audio cutting out are due to:- Poor installation/splicing of wires, particularly ground (I saw a few reviews where people say the audio cut out during hard stops; that's very indicative of a poor wiring job)- A crappy phone with crappy BT connectivity; buy a better phoneSolid head unit. Has plenty of features and does as advertised.

Decent deck, just one flaw I was able to find
I've had this deck installed about 2 months now. So far its done everything I want it to do (play MP3s from USB) except for one thing that happened today. I was playing a track from 'Now that's what I call a massive 80s party', Irene Cara - Flashdance what a feeling, and the deck kept resetting itself on this song. Restart the deck, put the USB in and out, it could not play this song (the whole deck would turn off and back on, and then it would try to resume the song which would cause it to turn off and on again... it was stuck in a loop). Eventually through messing with it, I figured out that the genre field had some bad info in it - as soon as I cleared the genre field the song was totally fine. Other than that, the deck has performed as expected. Suspect a firmware update may be needed to permanently resolve this, hopefully kenwood is reading lol. (Yes I applied the newest firmware from their site, it did not resolve the issue)

Love this radio
This product is perfect for those that like Bluetooth and want to be able to customize the color of your radio to match your vehicle, my husband ONLY likes this style radio of THIS brand and he was elated to get this for his birthday to install on his 90's model OBS Chevy. We have never had any issues out of this radio in any of our other vehicles it has been installed in.

Great product.
Fully adjustable sound down to the size of the speakers and sub-woofer. The only thing I miss with this unit is that it doesn't have a separate output to control the electric antenna from switching on the sub-woofer. I don't listen to much radio so it no problem for me. You can adjust output by speaker if so desired. Can't say too much about how impressed with this unit I am.

Very important crossovers and DTA
I am very impressed with this head unit. With the DTA settings, once they were dialed in the sound is incredible! Take some time to get these settings right. I also love the separate front rear and subwoofer crossovers, these are very important. I installed it in a 2000 Mercedes E320. It was a fairly involving install, I had to run three sets of RCA wires back to the trunk.

Works with spotify. It seems like you have to keep the app running in the background though.
Better sound than my factory deck. 1996 jeep cherokee with tape adapter isn't hard to beat, but still. Getting into the vehicle and it connecting and playing my spotify without a hassle... so worth it. Also, didn't need the install kit as i took the hanging mount off the factory stereo, and it worked with this unit. *EDIT* I recently tried it again and it does connect up with spotify if spotify is not running in the background. no other software needed also. (unlike the directions specify)

Excellent deck at this price point
I put this deck in my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado and it sounds amazing! It has so many sound adjustments and even at max volume it sounds killer. I'm running a set of 6.5" kicker speakers up front and the stock 4x6" in the rear. Now I need to upgrade my rear speakers. I have always purchased alpine units in the past, I do love alpine but I've never been able to max out my alpines and still have clean sound. Love this deck!
