BEST FTM TOY EVER
When I first ordered this I was a bit sceptical. But It works great. I'm about two years on T and it's a still a little big for me, but it feels amazing and I love it. It gets me hard way faster than anything else, and it gets me the hardest anything else has ever gotten me. I don't cum quick from it, but it feels amazing the whole time I'm using it and it gives me the strongest orgasms I've ever had. This is definitely worth the money and I definitely recommend getting one.

Only for well endowed/flat pubic area trans men
Unless you have EXCEPTIONAL growth do NOT get this one. I thought the smaller one would be too small but it would have at least had some suction I imagine. To give an idea of what I mean by exceptional-using my finger, i have to get it past the first knuckle to feel a bit of suction, and my finger isn't girthy enough to hold the suction. I dont habe large fingers but they definitely arent small. I tried to upload a pic its not giving me and option to.I even watched dozens of how to videos, one with Buck himself and I still couldn't get it to attach in any way, just too big. If you have a fleshy pubic bone it may also be hard to utilize. And there is no return, for obvious reasons. Bummed.

Honestly...
I've been on T for 3 years now and have descent growth. Im very sensitive to touch and suction and this was perfect. It does have suction. It isn't much but it is there...however the amount was perfect for me. It is extremely soft and with a little bit of lubrication it feels exactly like a mouth. Its not for everyone but honestly I'm just upset I didn't make this purchase earlier.

Very soft, but still worked!
Let me level with you about what I'm working with here: I'm nonbinary, never used T, never pumped before using this (though interested in starting), but have naturally large anatomy. The guy with the top review saying this will absolutely not work for anyone pre-T, and that after two years of T he has an inch of length and half inch of width? I've got about the same proportions. I had a similar experience with the toy: possible to use but required a bit of effort and angling to get it working well. So it comes down to your measurements rather than your hormones. This is a sex toy review and might get a bit TMI, but hey, that's what you're here for, right? Just an FYI, I'll use terms like clit, dick, anatomy, etc, fairly interchangeably. That's just me and my fluid nature. When I started playing with it, I was anxious at first that I was too small for it and it wouldn't work for me after all. I've never had a sex toy work really well for me, so I was braced for disappointment, but kept trying anyway. The opening is a cloverleaf shape. If you measure between the widest points, it's 1 inch. If you measure between the narrowest points, it's 3/4s of an inch. The cloverleaf, the ribbing, and the thick lip all seem like they'd provide great textures, but to be honest, this thing is so soft and squishy I couldn't feel any of that when I was using it. I could feel it with my finger, just not with my dick. It wasn't all bad, and I came to enjoy the soft squishiness for what it was, but I would be curious to see the same mold with a firmer material. Usually I like something firm pressing against me, so it was actually kind of remarkable that this did end up working for me. It was a very different sensation.I found that it was possible to masturbate with it in a variety of different ways. Different strokes for different folks, right? Trying to pump it on my clit didn't work right away, though after my first orgasm I was engorged enough for the suction to start sticking and things seemed a lot more intuitive. It's also possible to kind of grind against it, or slide it against you. It's so soft it felt more like rubbing against a pussy than oral--which is something I'm into, so that was all good. Poking a finger down into the top lets you touch yourself through it, which can feel almost like a tongue. I haven't used other strokers yet, so I can't really compare the feel, but it was nice. With suction, it stuck to me, and it was also possible to use it with underwear on, which is a really cool feeling. The outside of the stroker is shaped like a tiny dick, though it's much too soft to feel like an erection, it's still a masculine feeling. Nice to grope yourself and feel like you've got a "package" you can get off with. It's also possible to do a more pulling motion with the suction. Pulling it vigorously enough to break the suction will make slurping noises, which I found somewhat dysphoric, but there were plenty of ways to play with it without generating those noises. What I took away one star for was concerns about the material. While I was playing with it, a piece of the surface flaked and came off in my hand--this was on the first use. I did use water-based lube, but it's possible I played with it so long the lube dried up.and it was exposed to friction. So that wasn't so great. I read about the materials, and essentially, TPR/silicone mix is a dubious claim (because of technical things about the curing process making it supposedly impossible to blend), and it doesn't pass the burn test. (I didn't burn mine, but I found a blogger who did.) I think it's wise to treat it as TPR with possible silicone oil or something somewhere in there. TPR isn't terrible, but it does "sweat" over time and is porous/not possible to sterilize. I don't think it's an unsafe toy to use, and I knew all this before buying it and bought it anyway (I wouldn't buy a toy I thought was toxic) but TPR does degrade over time and the little bit of damage from a single use did give me concerns about its longevity.Playing with the toy has also made me curious about the Kiss-X. I admit, I bought this one because all the ad copy about it was more gender-affirming. "Kiss-X" is a girlier-sounding name than "Buck-Off," and the Kiss-X ad copy uses the word "clitoris" while the Buck-Off doesn't. It's not that I'm allergic to words like clit or clitoris--I used them in my own review--but somehow the difference made me viscerally want the manlier one for BIG cocks that definitely aren't sissy clits. And maybe because I'm not on T but naturally hung, I had something to prove. I don't regret the purchase--this was a really fun toy and worked exactly as it was supposed to, and if I needed whatever confidence boost from proving I can fap with the big boys, I got it. But, and this is likely true also of many guys who have been on T for years, this worked but it wasn't a tight fit. I might end up getting, and using, both, for different sensations. It's well known that men, cis or otherwise, have trouble admitting their cock is small and they want the small one, so perhaps the Kiss-X should be called the Manly Bearjizzer or something and focus on tightness rather than implying you're small or not dedicated/trans enough to be on T or whatever other emotional baggage the target audience is likely carrying. Or just do the old trick of calling the smaller one a large and the large one "gargantuan," I could use that flattery.I bought the hilariously named Lords of the Ring Aragorn cock rings with this, which are seemingly ideal for transmasculine use--the smallest one is 1/2 inch inside (unstretched) and the largest is 1 inch. However, having a thickness of half an inch as well made those not so good for combining with the stroker--I'm not so hung that half an inch isn't very significant. On the other hand, I could wrap the larger one around the stroker itself, which gave a much firmer surface to push into. You could probably do the same with a vibrating cockring, if you wanted your toy to vibrate.I find that transmasc folks are a varied bunch and honestly have wide ranges of anatomical features and very different preferences for how to get off, so I don't think one toy would ever work for everyone, but I did enjoy it, and it's nice to see someone making an effort to give us options. There are other transmasc toys on the market, but this is the only mainstream line I know of that puts transmasc customers front and center. For those wondering what your other options are, I haven't tried any of these yet due to money and such, but some things I happen to be aware of:Nearly any short sleeve will do. Ones I've heard of being used by trans men include the Bro Sleeve (AKA the Helping Head) and the Blue Valentine. The Shotpocket (by FTM Pitstop) is also designed for transmasc use. Etsy seller AKrowsNest makes a sleeve called the Eel for transmasc folks, which has holes on the smaller side, but as of this writing is out of stock anyway. Gendercat makes the Fascinator Sleeve, and much more intriguingly has that built in play packers, though the fancier ones are expensive. Reviews of that one describe it as very firm, which might appeal to people who found the Buck-Off too soft, and it comes in different widths. Transthetics makes a sleeve called The Rod, which is actually more of a soft packer/STP for guys who've had meta with urethral hookup, but is a similar idea (doodad fits over cock) and the reviews are full of people who found sexual uses for it. The same company has a play packer that doesn't attach directly to your anatomy, but instead is basically a vibrating wand you can penetrate people with or just jerk off with, which I find somewhat intriguing but overall I prefer clit-attaching to vibration. For those who like vibes but don't find strokers work for them, it could help. The obscenely expensive ReelMagik I've heard in reviews has holes in the right spot to create suction during play. Freetom makes cocks for penetrating partners that don't give the user suction, exactly, but do have textured surfaces intended for the user to grind against. And there are other innovative ways to get off. There's stuff like the Feeldoe/Realdoe, which is a strapon-style dildo held in place with a vaginal plug. Most strapons can be ground against if you use a low enough harness, though a lot of transmasc guys say harnesses make them dysphoric. There are a ton of clit stimulators aimed at cis women, like the Lelo Sona or Satisfyer. The ad copy on those is a total turnoff for me at least, but Amazon says people tend to buy them together, and gender divide aside they really are similar ways to masturbate. I also had the idea to try a penis pump aimed at cis men with a fleshlight-like vulva attachment on the front, with the idea that penetration would be possible with the suction of the pump to help things along. That's a bit of an infodump, can you tell I'm obsessed? Anyway, I don't see it as any kind of zero-sum game. If anything, a positive experience with this has made me more eager to see what else is out there that I can stick my dick in. I started with this one because it seemed a very basic model that was a good test of how this type of toy would work with my anatomy. In closing:Pros:- It worked for me even without T- Closed end made suction easier--most other sleeves of this size seem to be open-ended- Overall gender-euphoric and nice- Materials reasonably body-safe, used in some medical supplies as wellCons:- Impossible to sterilize so keep that in mind if sharing with partners- Material may not stand up well to repeated use, may need replacing after a while- Is VERY soft, some users find it to be too soft- Ad copy for this and Kiss-X focus on where you are in your transition instead of giving clear measurements of how big the product is.

Didn't work for me
Too soft and the suction isnt nearly as good as the kiss x. I got this because the kiss x is a bit too snug for me but this is way too loose and way too soft. For context I'm a year on T and have over an inch of bottom growth. Unless you have a lot of bottom growth I'd reccomend trying something else.

Concept great, exectution...
Material isn't exactly what I expected. I find this difficult to use despite being the target audience for this product. It's a great concept, but I've found several other similar products on the market that are much better suited for me.

Amazing product!
This is by far the best trans toy ever. To the guys who are having problems you do need a little growth. I only have about 1in. In growth. At first i was having issues getting it to work. But i figured it out. If you turn it inside out place it on the tip and flip it rightside out it gives you good suction and an amazing after affect. Id give it 10 stars if i could.

Disappointed
When I opened my package, there was powder all over the front and some of it reached the sleeve. It was wrapped in a black bag.I just washed it and didn’t think much of it. The sad thing is, idk what the powder was and due to the material, I can’t technically “wash it”. So I’m just going to throw it away. It is too flimsy and too small to enjoy. Wasted my money, but at least I was able to try something out that I was curious about for so long.
