Great replacement for my Dell XPS 210. However, the replacement did not have a power cable connection for the CD-ROM drive... wish I had paid more attention. Otherwise, the computer is back up and running as a 'guest' device.

This replacement solved my power up problem. It does not have a power connection for the DVD drive however. Oh well.

Very easy to replace, worked right away without any issues. A little pricey, but works. Received it fast (but had to pay extra since I needed it).I say it is a little pricey because you can purchase a refurbished Optiplex 745 for about $150 with Windows, DVD, hard drive and RAM included.
