I've tried a dozen different 100% cotton paper for watercolour landscapes, and this is, in my opinion, the best. It's consistently good, takes a lot of water and punishment - always drying flat, despite not being pre-stretched, is great for dry brush technique, splattering, and masking.

This product is quite expensive but it is so worth it with watercolour paper - so good for a beginner as it gives the right effect.

i like this paper. rough grain but different to the others i use. nothing like a new challenge with the dreaded w.colour process :D

Amazing and just what I wanted. Getting some great watercolour effects and holds several glazes without breaking up. Love it.

I've tried a number of 100% cotton watercolour papers and this is up there with the best. Paints remain vibrant, and it can take quite a beating in terms of multiple washes, scraping, scrubbing, re-wetting and so on. The painting in this picture was from a Paul Clark tutorial and involved lots of layers, lots of spraying and re-wetting, and scraping in to the rocks, and this paper took it far better than other top-line brands I have used. The only thing I dislike is the size - not quite big enough to paint A4 with a border, and an awkward size for framing, but they're minor gripes about an otherwise fantastic product.

A really good paper, particularly when bought at a reduced price. I love the texture for dry brushwork, and the weight plus the 100% cotton content makes for easy abstract landscapes in watercolour. The only downside is that using pen/ink is a bit tricky, for which less-textured paper is more suitable, but if you like rough-textured surfaces this paper is amongst the best you can buy.

Quality paper, absorbs water nicely.

The paper has a nice granulating surface and takes watercolor beautifully.

Nice paper, but doesn't lift color well, one or two passes or else the paper starts to fail.

This is a lovely gelatin sized paper that is a dream to paint on. I've also used their Cold Press paper.

Risultato molto soddisfacente su questa carta. Tiene benissimo l'acqua. Sì imbarca pochissimo.
