Among a lot of the reviews saying that this product wasn’t very good, I can’t speak for the ones that may have been expired at time of purchase. However I did test this out before I gave it to my one year-old. It is sweeter than my preference, however you have to keep in mind that it’s got tomato, sweet potato, and pear purée which are all sweet things. I put salt and pepper in it to improve the taste but I am an adult that’s been heavily exposed to salt with expectations of a certain salt level. So while infants do not have that without outside forces. The quality seems good if you take away the need for excess salts and spices, the flavor realistically tastes like what it should. I haven’t given it to my daughter yet but we are going to try it and honestly it doesn’t matter if she likes it or not because I will still eat it if she does not. There is a lot of sauce but what I’m going to do is add some frozen precooked turkey meatballs to hers and I can’t see how that wouldn’t be a sufficient meal. So if you purchase these with the expectation that they are a healthy, quick alternative for your toddler then it’s worth the money, if your child enjoy the taste enough to allow it to be something you can give for a small meal. They may be considered kind of expensive, but alleviating a little bit of the mental load of trying to figure out what to give her for lunch occasionally or even a snack for myself is sufficient in my family. So try to keep your expectations realistic and if your infant or toddler doesn’t like sweeter things or likes things saltier maybe get something else or just make your own modifications to it as you see fit.

One of the only things I can comfortably rely on for my toddler to eat when she refuses everything else. I love that you don’t have to warm them up and can just toss them in your bag for a quick meal anywhere.

My child hates this pasta every time I've tried serving it, and after tasting it, I understand. First, there's way too much sauce. I peel back the plastic and it's practically soup. The noodles are swimming in sauce. The sauce is also super sweet. Why would they add pear puree to the sauce?? I thought at least I could eat the leftovers rather than throwing them away, but I couldn't stomach even a bite. The combination of ingredients overall is weird; I wish I had paid more attention when I was buying this, but I never thought someone would add fruit to tomato sauce pasta. I also don't think every savory food should be sweetened unnecessarily; this helps wire my child's tastebuds differently than I would like. Sadly, I now have a box of these that nobody wants. We don't eat many processed foods anyway but I wanted to have some convenience meals on hand for "emergencies." I guess that was a mistake, at least with this product.

My daughter loves these but I'm wondering if something can be done about packaging. Each time I've received the raviolis at least one is damaged. This last delivery 3 of them were unusable; the seal was broken along the edge. Please consider different packaging or perhaps "fragile" instructions? Thank you for making a quality product regardless.

This actually tastes good! I always try baby food before feeding it to little one so I've eaten a lot of really gross baby food! This stuff is good and convenient for a quick lunch. It has a sweet taste from the squash and it's very mild. I love that it's USDA organic and non BPA packaged.Only gave four stars because the packaging (depending on the lot I suppose) is a major pain!! Most of the time I had to use a knife to open the package because you need hulk strength to open the freaking plastic half the time and if you're pulling that hard and it peels back so fast the food goes everywhere...

My son loves this meal! He's very picky about baby/toddler food because he doesn't like bland, but this is a winner! My husband said it smelled good and he would put it in a tortilla and eat it himself. It's got a good mix of meat and veggies in it, my only "complaint" is my little guy is 1.5 and sometimes needs a side dish because this isn't enough to be considered a meal on it's own for him. It's a little pricer than Gerber meals, but from the smell, definitely has more flavor.

My son likes this dish although I find the smell unpleasant myself. Yet, I bought it for my son and he likes it so that is all that counts. He has food allergies and this meets all the safety tests. It is very healthy and a nice meal for him along with some fruit. Considering the fact that almost all other toddler food is processed, full of junk, and has cheese or peanut or whatever, this is organic and no sugar added. I don't see how anyone could complain about this product in terms of health or cost because it is expensive to make healthy food unfortunately. This product made our lives a lot easier and I am very thankful that my son likes it, and thankful that a company produces such a healthy option for a toddler.
