Cocar 15-inch Touchscreen Monitor, LCD 1024x768 Resolution with VGA Input for PC, Office, Retail, Restaurant, Bar, Warehouse & POS Systems

My daughter started her own business and does shows in different areas. I bought her this because it was priced reasonably, with the touch screen that she demanded. It also was a good viewing size but small enough to be able to travel with. She does everything from advertising to cashing out, banking web searching to name a few. It’s a simple set up and easy to run. One of my Best Buy’s for her saving her time and money while helping her future.

This was just bad. Despite the ad copy, the book says "do not touch the screen, always use the stylus." The touchscreen did not work. It was also mounted off center so part of the circuitry was in the field of view, blocking the Start button. The driver disk had no top level installer, just a bunch of folders. I took a chance and installed the "Win NT 4.0" driver for my Win10 computer. No driver actually installed, so the touchscreen was never recognized in Device Manager. The installer also put GoToPc on my system without asking. Amazon tech support ran through all these changes with me, then said they did not have manufacturer information so I could not contact them directly. We got to refund in about 10 minutes of phone support. Great support by Amazon. Bad product.

Sadly this item does not work with the system I bought. I had to get a full computer to use with it.

Craftsman & materials are of poor quality. Amazon should not sponsor this type of cheap product.

mouse action is no where near where I touch, accuracy is terrible.9/20- UPDATE, my first device seemed to have a problem and the customer service team did everything they could to make it right, even to the point of now replacing. This is the type of companies that we need to support, and for that reason I am upgrading to 5 starts.

If you want a cheap touchscreen then this is the one to buy.
