I have several bare spots in the grass in my yard thanks to all the moles with all their digging and piling up the loose soil. I plan use this tool to help level out and loosen up the soil in these bare areas so that I can reseed the yard. I did try it out on a bare space in my garden and it worked great.

This is just great tool. It is easy to use and and loosen the soul we use a lot since we got it. We have a lot of ball spots in our yard. This product works really well and we plant grass that grows.

For light tilling of soil it works ok at loosening soil. The cultivating spline tend to loosen up and have to be continuously tightened.

The unit is very light weight, and it's difficult to break the dry ground. Much easier to use if you wet the ground first. It doesn't need to be muddy, just a quick once over with the hose.

Top quality. Ability to use as short or long handle.

Worked good to get the seed under soil

Did not get rid of the weeds in my raised beds or garden as hoped. I was looking froward to something to help loosen weeds in my garden but this was a disappointment. Will be returning it for a refund.

Works great in moist to normal soil. A little harder in very dry soil.
