Finally found a cover for my cage. I'm not sure why it's so hard to find ones for bird cages when they're supposed to be covered at night. I don't have the same brand of cage but it has similar measurements. It's a little big which is okay. I have perches and his light on the outside so snug wouldn't work anyway. It looks better than my blanket and sheets over the cage. Easier to get in as well. It also makes moving it a bit easier since I don't have to worry about the wheels getting stuck in it. It's a good value for your money. The cheapest option I could find that would actually cover my whole cage. The build quality is a bit cheap. I have zip ties on my cage and I'm afraid they'll rip it. My green cheek was also immediately interested in the Velcro. The door opening is fine if you can just toss it in top. My light is up there however and I have to put it off to the side.

This very much does the job I need it to do. It keeps my ferrets from pooping over the edge of the tray since they think they must aim for the sky each and every time giving my newly painted wall a fresh crusty paint job. I do have a couple that pull on the edges and try to get behind it which is a bother, cause the sides come unattached easily. The clips go over and under the tray which is what holds it into place on all sides. The food that they spill out gets trapped under the edges so I have to be sure and lift when cleaning to get all the bits out. And once a week I remove the tray to clean trapped hair and mess behind and under. But the clips catch on the bars of the cage making it difficult to get out. Although I'd rather it be difficult to get out than easy for them to disassemble. I clean the cages daily with a vinegar, bleach and water spray and after time the coating is coming off and it rusts. This is becoming a big issue and I'm worried they are going to lick the rust. May try another option or brand of I can find one. I'm fine with it being flimsy, I just rather it not rust. I have 4 cages so the cost is up there for these. Please find a fix for that. Be sure to measure your tray. It fits well if you do. All in all, I much rather have these than not.

the top scatter guard works amazing for ferret nation 183 this one was super easy to install and was easy to put on the tray(btw) it's easier to install the panels with the tray outside the cage .. I think I read something that someone was trying to do it while the pan was in the cage.. I'm pleased with the fit. When putting together they're a tab you bend it to help secure it.The bottom scatter gaurd I had a slight issue with the first one Item side gaurds are too big by a half inch to 1/4 inch on the sides can't install it to my pan for my ferret nation 181. some of the pieces were slightly damaged but the boxes are not. Was returned before Im thinking? for the same issue because of the damage on the part that snap together. I ordered another one it was slightly better but still a little too big on the side, it doesn't fit in the pan on one side and sits up causing a gap. Maybe I'll order another and see if I have the same issue for the bottom scatter gaurd. If so I'll probably modify it to fit correctly.

I bought this cover for my three ferrets. I wanted to make half of their cage dark so that they could rest peacefully away from all of the light that I have in my room on some days. It was pretty simple to setup, although it wasn't as easy as I was hoping to just fold up half of the cover. The material is okay, and it seemed pretty nice overall.However, my ferrets hated it. I know this isn't the fault of the manufacturer or seller, but my ferrets didn't like not being able to see what's going on in the room. While ferrets do love to sleep, they are also very curious critters. Not being able to see what was happening all the time drove them nuts. After putting this up for about 3 weeks, I found that my ferrets ONLY used the part of the cage that was not covered. Thus, I had to take it off. It was a waste of money for me, but I'm sure it's useful for some. I would not recommend this to any ferret owners.
