Perfect for traveling
I purchased this as I travel to many 220V countries and my wife likes to bring her Dyson hair dryer with her, which uses about 1500W. I also used it with a small blender that has a high wattage too. I love it has a switch on/off.I was surprised that it has active cooling—the fan speeds up when using higher wattage.Not heavy, easy to use, not noisy, and seems sturdy—I’ll have to update later about durability.I wouldn’t mind it being a bit smaller, but since it does a perfect job, I can take it as it is. Just hope it lasts, as this is too good!

Absolutely amazing compact voltage converter
Absolutely amazing product, noise levels are very low. The fan is almost unnoticeable. This is the smallest voltage converter I've ever purchased !

Good Quality but Heavy!
It's heavy. Not a desirable trait when it's in an overseassuitcase. Other than that, seems functional.

Excellent Customer Service.
Yang gave the best customer service that I can say I’ve received, ever. I bought this item to use on a trip out of country, to use with my hair/beard clippers. When I tried to use my clippers, they sounded like a lawn mower and were running at a very high speed. I contacted Yang and he talked me through the process of fixing my issue. My clippers still didn’t work. After some questions he informed me that clippers from the US (50hz) would operate this way in Europe (60hz). He then informed me that he would be glad to issue a refund of my purchase price.This was a surprise to me because the item wasn’t faulty, just wouldn’t work with my clippers. I want to personally thank Yang for his service and would say to all that if you want a converter to run your items, except clippers, please give this product a try.Steve.

Works perfectly throughout Europe with Dyson Airwrap
Used throughout Europe to power Dyson Airwrap and various chargers. Functioned flawlessly. No issues with European 50hz vs US 60hz frequency. Very quiet hum from the cooling fan while active, no problem sleeping with it on the bedside table. Would recommend.
