The hat seems like a nice quality hat. My main concern is that the company packages in a soft plastic envelope. My hat came dented in, since I would image other packages get sat on it. I've got the hat stuffed with rags to see if the form comes back. I would suggest the seller start to use a cardboard box for shipping.
