I absolutely love these! I have moderate hearing loss and know I was missing out of a lot of conversations. I purchased these while on vacation and was able to experience them in many different scenarios: indoor and outdoor graduations, several restaurants, a pool party with fifty teens and loud music (they adjusted themselves! AI maybe?) and a very windy farmer's market.These are not amplifiers. I previously had Nano hearing aids which turned out to be amplifiers, awful. With the Elehear Beyond, I can have a conversation and faintly hear birds in the background, just like normal hearing. With the Nano's the conversation and the birds would be at the same level, there was feedback and wind noise, not normal. There is no feedback or wind noise with the Beyond.The app is simple to use and comes with four preset settings and allows you to add four of your own custom settings. The bluetooth connectivity has a range of approximately forty feet. I was also able to connect them to my laptop (although it took awhile to download BlueStacks first). Phone conversations are crystal clear. In some environments, I prefer not to use the bluetooth and they work well just on their own and saves battery life both on the hearing aids and the cellphone.Even though I also wear glasses, these are so comfortable I have to keep checking to make sure they are still there. These perform just like natural hearing. I cannot imagine $5K hearing aids performing any better.

They perform quite well for me. Very lightweight and very comfortable to wear.. documentation is quite good, but I would make some suggestions later. I had some questions and the company responded very quickly.. Control from my phone is quite good. The hearing test is very informative. The one problem I had was when a phone call comes in, It was extremely loud. I was told that could be controlled by the two volume buttons on my iPhone. I found that was not true depending on how the phone is set up if you go to settings the Bluetooth volume can be adjusted under sounds and haptics or. By the volume buttons if the correct switch is turned on. mine was not set up that way, but I prefer to adjust the sounds volume within the Sounds and Haptics , that works best for me , now it doesn’t blow my ears off when I call comes in. They take some time to learn all of the various functions- don’t fret, just work thru it a little at a time. There is a lot of information available, but I would prefer to see it more organized under one area rather than poking around to find what you’re looking for .Seems to be there If you can find it .I would recommend trying these hearing aids, it .seems the company has put a lot of effort into customer satisfaction - enjoy! Update; People mention needing to have the charger case with them to reestablish blue tooth connectivity / not so - simply turn off each ear piece (one at a time ) then turn back on ( using the switch on top of the ear piece) it will tell you “power off or power on”. then go to your phone app and re/ establish normal connection ! If you hold down the “ up” button for a few seconds, then let up momentarily” ( but keep your finger on the button” then press again it will turn back on. I’m 88 and find that locating the switch a bit of a challenge sometimes, but if I don’t take my finger away, it simplifies the process!! Clear as mud ? It works ! Enjoy .

I’ve had them for about a month. They are not perfect, but I am satisfied. The Bluetooth feature is very handy, allowing you to adjust the tone and volume discreetly on your phone without having to touch the hearing aid itself. I even played music using the Bluetooth and was impressed by the sound quality. I don’t hear everything perfectly with them, but I would say that I only have to ask someone to repeat themselves about once or twice a day. They are reasonably comfortable. I’ve had two pairs of prescription hearing aids and had OTC hearing aids from another company and these are the best I’ve had so far. I do get a little weird sound in the right ear. It almost sounds like a distant ocean, but it doesn’t bother me. And they do make my ears itch. That’s my biggest complaint about them.

I had used a pair of $1000 in ear canal hearing aids for a couple of years on and off. My puppy got a hold of them and ruined one of them. For the money, these are the best hearing aids and surpass my 1K hearing aids handily. The app works well and is easier to use. Also, the bluetooth works extremely well. Folks that complain this doesn't work probably haven't set them up properly. The only caveat is if you want to listen to bluetooth and amplify the outside noise, you need to turn the aids to 'On' instead of 'Auto' in the app.I'm quite impressed and glad I purchased these. For the price, they cannot be beat.

I ended up returning this. The sound quality was fine, but I hated that the left ear kept losing it's blue tooth connection. It seemed tedious to have to return the earpiece to the charger every time that happened to reconnect. If I wasn't carrying my charger case in my pocket, then I'd just be out of luck. I would have preferred not having the blue tooth feature in this case.

Great product! My Nana has been wearing hearing aids for many years! She recently lost one and didn’t want to pay the $7000 for a new pair. We decided to give these a chance and we are so glad we did! She has been wearing them for a few weeks now! She says that she can hear just as well with these as she could with the $7000 set! Set up was very simple. They are comfortable in her ear. She needs a very small ear piece and luckily there was a perfect fit in the pack! She charges her battery over night and is good to go all day! We are very pleased!
