Samick SAS Sage Premier 62" Takedown Recurve Bow with Stringer

Wonderful quality for the price! I’ve shot some other bows around this price range, but none has the very feel of a more expensive bow and the amount of forgiveness on the flaws of my form. I personally have a 28” draw length, and zero stacking at full draw.

I have shot bows as a younger (much if you ask some folks) man and wanted to have fun again. I ordered this and am not dissatisfied at this point, but something needs mentioning. I had one limb bolt that bottomed out without the limb being secured. It rattled once it was tight as it could be. I took it out to the shop and gradually ground down the limb bolt with my wheel grinder. People without the tools, or patience, may be upset with this or need to complete a return. I didn't mind. With that said, this has been a good bow to have fun with much more potential. The arrow rests that come with it????????? worthless. Just use it as it should be. I purchased knocking points and pliers with a bow square just to get it set up and take my old age out of the equation in getting back into it. Hope this helps.

This is a SAS Samick Sage. However this bow’s riser has an upgraded finish. It’s well worth the couple “Bucks” more, this riser’s finish is beautiful in comparison to the standard Sage finish. Performance is flawless! It’s a good bow for any person. Interchangeable limb weights with no tools. It’s a Takedown Bow, 20” long in 3 parts. It has hardware mounts for everything you don’t need but, probably want. It comes with an adhesive plastic elevated arrow rest, for shooting aluminum arrows with plastic fletchings, and a Bow stringer. I would advise you to keep it traditional and order a fur rest for shooting feather fletched arrows off the shelf. Also you need the knowledge and tools to set up and tune a bow. Bow square, Nocking tool, Brass nocks... Be Safe.

Great bow just getting back into traditional archery and this thing works amazing

I purchased this bow to rebuild my pull strength after surgery. My 50lb bow was too much for me for a while. It’s also a great bow for smaller archers or beginners. It’s now my spare for use with visitors who want to try archery. It’s a beautiful bow. Nicely built. Smooth. I enjoy shooting it from time to time when I want a lighter pull.

I love the looks of this bow and would have given 5 stars but the limb came damaged

I bought this for my 12-year-old boy as a Christmas present. He loves it, and it's not too big for him while still being a good size for me to shoot with him.High quality product that is fun to shoot.Make sure you get the appropriate accessories.

I love this bow. I have shot it hundreds of times and just fine it fun. Bought a dozen of the "SAS Courage Carbon Arrows" they are great. I have a draw weight of #35 really quite accurate with plenty of punch. Hit the target frame (woops) and put a hole in it at 10 yards. Can't beat it for the money.

I did some research before buying and discovered this to be well rated productIt arrived, it is beautiful, easy to assemble and works well.There was a small problem with the delivery, but ASC inc stepped up and resolved it quickly - kudos!
