I'm not too sure how much I trust using the toothpaste long-term. I believe that most dental hygienists aren't totally fond of the "fluoride-free" toothpastes, as fluoride is totally normal for protecting teeth, but who knows... not me. I am also someone who has teeth sensitivities and usually use something like Sensodyne to protect my sensitive teeth but so far my teeth haven't felt too much more sensitive while using this toothpaste. It tastes a bit baking-soda-ish but it's not bad by any means.

I did not notice a whitening effect on my teeth after a few weeks of use. This is a bit more expensive than similar ones but more of a natural toothpaste which I know can be a selling point for many. It definitely tastes and feels a lot different than normal toothpaste, which was easy to get over but I will be happy to go back to a regular style paste once I am done using this one. My teeth did feel clean though I just don’t prefer it and don’t think it’s worth the extra money.
