I was very enthusiast to buy this product, excellent brand and good price. But the problem came at the time of trying to setup the iMac, the mouse didn't work and with this issue I was unable to setup the computer. I went for Apple support and finally they realize that the mouse isn't an Apple item. WHAT! in the information about the product it only stated the it is refurbished but nothing that the mouse isn't an Apple. Checking on the keyboard I also can see different the Apple keyboard from the one included. As I said a complete fraud to Amazon and Amazon customers.

Very good product they should indicate that the accessories such as the keyboard and the mouse are not from Apple although they work well I had to buy the accessories separately. I've been using the iMac for 2 days and so far everything is excellent.

Something that would’ve helped me would have been knowing there is a small switch on the keyboard at the top to turn it on, the cord isn’t what turns the keyboard on all the way. All i had to do so far was update the computer to a newer version and everything works swell. I got exactly what i wanted !

I ordered a late iMac 2013 and specifically requested the SSD model as I knew a HDD model would be slow. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong model and I had already brought the iMac back on the plane to the Cayman Islands and was unable to return it. I am now stuck with a iMac 2013 with 1TB HDD. I got a $50 refund... which really doesn't help me one bit. The iMac itself is fine and in good condition however it is super slow. I would highly recommend you steer clear of any of the HDD models on these older macs and stick to a SSD version.
