Perfect fan!
I can’t believe how great this small fan works! Better than any I have had. It is also the perfect size for our small bedroom and office. We bought two! I was a little concerned about the silver color but it is not a shiny silver. It is muted and is almost more of a grey color. The remote like switch at the door is awesome! I would definitely suggest this fan and so glad I bought them!

Well isnt that small
I got a fan like this for these featuressmall , oh yea, makes the whole room perceive to be bigger when it is so tight to the ceiling, and unobtrusive.Short , from my ceiling , the light dome lowest point is about 11"Remote for the wall , I needed the "control" for the item to remain in one location (oh you know how that is) with the decorator sized insert the remote goes in the light switch box as a BATTERY operated remote , completely not connected to the wiring . the battery type is commonly not reliable. There is some delay sometimes in Reaction, to turning on the light. The light dims on, even though there is no dimming present to the setup, this makes the light slower to come on, I don't need that or like that, but I recognize it is a bit fancier. The fan has 3 speedsLOW , spin around a bit , move some air , make no noise , take little powerMEDIUM , a gentle breeze , quiet still, nice power levelHigh , kick up the dust , hear it working, mostly air friction sounds , small room has flow wind down the walls and around even. The blades are wide and short as you can see, it IS different air movement, right Under the fan is a breeze like you would get from a Box Fan , then it swirls around to the rest of this small room.Again, the air movement is heavily concentrated straight below the fan blades, in a circular breeze zone.REVERSE the fan, and the excessive concentration in the one small area , is hitting the roof instead. and the swirling of it down the walls and around is then seemingly more even to the human.Installation is , lets just say pure hell :-) that will do. much stuff to cram in , and nothing to temporarily hold it at the mounting like a bayoneted mount would do. With the one person installing, I had to install it 2 times, and on the third, I might get it perfected , when someone can Help hold the dang thing. It came bent and wobbly like everything else, I just squished a few things back and it is completely acceptable.the case is all metal. the light is sufficient for any single small room like this might be used in, but would not be a full light for a large room.Because of the size and length of the blades, there doesn't seem to be any of the usual balance problems, making the flush mount a bit happier.Later after I get more use out of it , I will update, this is like 1 week report

Good
I bought this fan for a kitchen because of the size and low profile to the ceiling. Installed it above the table and replaced a standard light. Instructions were okay to understand but I had to jumper out the old light's switch because the new fan uses a wireless battery powered remote that went into the old switch socket. This fan moves a lot of air when set to high and because of the blade design, the greatest air moving is right under the fan sometimes blowing papers or napkins right off the table.

Sleek, attractive kitchen fan
This fan works great in the kitchen. The brushed nickel appearance is a close-enough approximation to the appliances, and the compact nature is perfect for a kitchen where one might be opening cabinets that could hit a larger fan. This is my third Kichler fan and they've all been easy to operate and super quiet while moving a lot of air even at low speeds. This fan works via a wall switch that runs on a battery. Note that if you have more than one remote-controlled fan by the same company that you want to change the code in each fan and the corresponding remote control. We didn't realize that ours was set to the same one as the one in our bedroom until the electrician had left and then had to come back to change the code in the fan base (and the wall switch).

No warranty
Had this fan for almost two years (purchased 3) Like the look and for a smaller sized fan, it circulates a good amount of air. The led light recently went on one of the fans (flickers relentlessly). Reached out to Kichler and they claim to not do anything with the warranty. They told me to go to the retailer. The retailer won’t respond. Nice fan but if you expect help with Kichler on a defect, they are worthless. Won’t ever buy from them again because of it and you shouldn’t either. They did send me the part number which is no longer manufactured. Thanks for being less than worthless Kichler. I’m going to get my money worth by spreading this message.

Great
It’s a very nice fan that puts out a lot of air. My husband is very handy but it took a little time to get it installed, probably because he did something in the wrong sequence at first. I would still say it’s slightly challenging to install. It looks pretty and adds to the modern look of our kitchen. I’m happy with it.

Worked out nicely in a small room
I had it installed by an electrician. No issues. Very quiet and worked very well. The lights are bright as well. The blades do leave shadows on the floor and the ceiling when spinning.

Great ceiling fan for kitchen
We love this fan in our kitchen. It’s small for use over our kitchen dining area. Love the wall mounted remote and its functions. Using wall remote, we can change fan speed, reverse fan operation and use the included light (make it brighter by pressing and holding). Great fan.
