The media could not be loaded. Love that this grinder has smaller micro-type adjustments for espresso, but could also get coarse enough to handle my medium-fine moka pot grinding and pourovers too. It’s giving me a consistent grind so far, no big chunks of coffee grounds… smooth results for good flavor. Put the clear cover on top when pumping the bellows to eject any leftover grounds that might be in there. If you do that, retention is very minimal. I appreciate how sleek, modern & tiny it is on the countertop, and it’s quiet enough to not be a rude awakening in the mornings, lol. Even better: you can put an espresso mat or cloth under it to make it REALLY quiet, compared to many others… love this little grinder.
