These made me extremely nauseous! I got them to help with bloating for PCOS and they make me feel sick. I’d rather deal with the bloating. I thought the ingredients in them would be good to help my symptoms but, something about them doesn’t agree with me. Very disappointing.

I like that the ingredients seem clean and I haven’t noticed any side effects like upset stomach. It’s a nice little boost alongside my usual routine.

I've been taking this for 2 weeks and as a SaHM to a 3 and 1 yo, I used to need coffee alot. Now I take 2 of these in the morning and 2 more in the afternoon and I have energy all day. Cut the need for food out completely (so I have to remind myself to eat) and I stopped wanting soda. Drinking alot more Orange Juice and Water recently too. this product contains parasites. After 2 days of taking,my left side starting hurting so bad I couldn't take the pain and went to the ER. They did a CT SCAN, I was diagnosed with diverticulitus.

I am 5'1 female, started at 153.2 lbs. I was eating around 3000 calories a day. I started taking this supplement on 6/10. With intake between 1400 to 2000 calories a day (2 meals, one at 10am and one between 5pm-6pm) and fasting from 6pm to 10am. Today 6/14, my weight is 149.2 lbs. I will update again after a month of taking the supplement.

Been taking this for 2 weeks now and notice no difference at all. No curb of the appetite or any extra energy. It does make me a little jittery after about 2 hours but that doesn’t last long. Doesn’t help me eat any less and I often feel like I’m starving after a couple hours from taking them in the morning. On a positive side I haven’t noticed any bad side effects other than it not working for me. I’m going to at least finish the bottle but I’m doubt I buy it again.
