Field Roast, Chao Vegan Slices Tomato Cayenne, 7 oz

Put 8 slices of this cheese with one can of Rotel tomatoes or any can of crushed tomatoes into a pot or small slow cooker. You have to stir it occasionally, but talk about some great chili con queso! This will blow you away!you can also put 3 slices of this cheese on a plate full of tortilla chips, put it in the oven on broil for a few minutes, and you have instant nachos. Throw some vegan sour cream and salsa on there, or better yet, some Amy's vegan chili in a can! Amazing!

these are great! great flavor, so I'd eat it on crackers, but cut thick enough to make a good sandwich with only 1 or 2 slices. It's also just a mild kick of heat, so no one is dying from the spice. wish it was cheaper, but it's good enough not to care.

tastes great, melts great, works well on veggie burgers or on pizza! this particular flavor (tomato cayenne) is my favorite. some other dairy free cheeses have made me sick, or some may seem dairy free but actually have casein milk proteins in them, but not Chao. this is good stuff :)

These are good. I've reviewed the other flavor already. So for this one I'll just say that this flavor is very flavorful. So much so that it can be used sparingly and ideally with the 'Creamy Original' version so as to not overload the palate. In a 4 slice grilled cheese sandwich, for example, I would recommend a 1 to 4 ratio. A quarter of Cayenne goes a long way.

Surprisingly delicious. I expected this to taste of disappointment, but the flavor was pretty solid. Melts well-ish, but great on sandwiches. Might be the best vegan cheese I've ever had.

Delicious flavor reminiscent of pepper jack cheese. This is the best fake cheese I've had that actually tastes good and not like a potato. Good texture and does melt! Yummy

Doesn’t really melt well, taste is okay, wouldn’t buy again. I’ll stick to miyokos

I LOVE this vegan cheese! The flavor makes it even better! I use a lot on grilled cheese because it melts beautifully and it honestly feels like real cheese!
