Slow to get results,it's a large capsule which definitely requires a large, very large amount of water or other liquid to swallow it and make sure it gets all the down into your stomach. Otherwise u will feel very uncomfortable with the pill stuck in your esophagus. Be mindful this product tends to cause diarrhea and nausea in some people. Stay the course and it will improve..It might take an entire bottle before your body adjusts to it. In the meantime you can take the various OTC products to get some relief.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am sure it is a good product. I did not experience better fasting blood sugar numbers with this product. It may be that it is not because of the product but some other issue. I chose this herbal medicine because I was watching the show by the doctor from SugarMD.

This product is very authentic and high quality unlike cheap stuff you get on Amazon. It has the highest amount of Dihydroberberine which is 5 times more effective than regular berberine and has 4000 mg of Ceylon cinnamon. Exactly what I needed. I like how I feel on it.

The first bottle was good, and helped my blood sugar, the second one I had to throw away! The capsules tasted NASTY!! They were not expired! Maybe I need to order directly from sugar MD??
