Perfect set up for the TJ, but you have to work for it a little.
Like most people said, these show up somewhat broken by the time they make it thru the mail. My second one after returning the first had a bent leg I was able to bend back and gorilla glue it straight. I then took wood glue and ran in down the seams inside the box for extra support and to super seal the box. Finally I am going to cover it with duratex effectively encasing it in a plastic shell inside and out. This will make it nearly waterproof and airtight for optimal sound. I’ve got two JL’s and never run doors or a top on my TJ. It’s hard to get big bass outdoors, but with 600 RMS at 2 ohms it scratches my bass head. This downward firing design is a perfect fit for the TJ.

Crap!
Subs did not fit in this box, had to cut to make them fit. Speakers weren’t in the box ten minutes and one of the sub blew out the box! Would not recomend this box! Worse box I ever owned! Wish I could get my money back!

Fits perfectly
This box fits perfectly and the bed liner coating makes it subtle for an open air Jeep Wrangler.

Not dual 10s more like dual 8s!!!!
Bought this box and was stoked it fit behind my seat on a 2001 Jeep TJ. Ordered (2) 10 inch brain crusher subs to go in it but was disappointed they didn't fit! Measured the actual openings to find they are 9 inches. At best you can fit dual 8 inch subs in this box. Workmanship is alright but for the money and the options for a jeep your kind of stuck with mediocrity.

Just what I was looking for! Perfect fit!
Received it in 2 days, semi tight, but perfect fit in my '06 Jeep Wrangler. Subwoofers fit hole well, but protrude about a 1/4" on back side of box. No big deal because of space left behind box for latch and hinge. Sounds great, awesome product at a reasonable price!

Nice box for the buck.
Fits nicely in the 2001 jeep Tj. Speakers fit nicely on the hole. Sound quality is good for a sealed box. Only 4 star due tithe box needing to be 1 inch wider on the front side. Speaker hangs over ever so slightly and looks taky.

Take your top off!!
Two kicker cvrs on a Sony 1000watt amp. Sounds better then I expected with the top off. I have a hard top , Idk about soft top. But very nice built box.... I stuffed the box with pillow packing to and also resealed the terminals.
