I compared more of these than I care to admit to, because if I'm going to wear something every day, I want it to look nice. This bracelet is absolutely perfect. It will be noticed as a medical bracelet when you need it to be noticed, yet the bracelet looks like jewelry. The dangling pieces (the medical symbol and the sizing chain) are not obtrusive or annoying. They make the bracelet look feminine and delicate. I'm super, super happy with this and didn't know I could be so happy with a medical bracelet. The only thing I will mention in case it matters to you is that the outside engraving, where I had my first name printed, definitely wears off. You cannot really see my name at all anymore- it's barely there. Of course I wish it were still visible, but the important content, the medical specifics, are still readable on the inside of the bracelet. I wear this 24/7, even swim with it on, and the metal looks clean. Recommend.

I expected the part that was engraved to be bigger but it looks nice. I only gave 4 stars due to how easily it got scratched up so durability is poor . Easy to put on since it has a good size clasp. Never fell off. I wear mine 24/7.

I had to replace an old, expensive gold Med Alert bracelet I'd gotten from a jeweler many years ago. The inside had been engraved, and had worn off, so I had it engraved again, but was told that was all since it was so thin. When I looked for new ones, I found this on Amazon already engraved on the top, so hopefully the writing won't wear off. For the price, I am absolutely thrilled with the look. My only concern is that because it's adjustable, the chain that hangs down could get caught on something. I have a very thin wrist, so it's a bit long.

I bought this bracelet as encouraged by my kids, as I have a severe allergy to aspirin. I have never taken it off since I got it many months ago. After all these showers, the little red medical medal on it is still bright. A friend of mine who is an EMT, said they always check for any medical devices before treating a patient. The name and contact number for one of my children, who is a nurse, is engraved on the underside. Besides it’s providing potentially lifesaving information, it’s actually a pretty bracelet.

Bracelet is pretty, but the reason for my 3 stars is that there is no oxidation on the writing and it blends into the gold so much it is hard to read. I’m not sure how helpful it will be in an emergency. But I can “hope” if needed, someone will notice medical charm to make them look. It is light and comfortable tho.

Wears well! Perfect. Looks great either dressed down or dressed up! Easy to put on. Fits perfectly.
