Clean Hydration That Actually Tastes Amazing
I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte powders, and this one truly lives up to the hype. The watermelon flavor is light, refreshing, and not overly sweet—plus, it has zero sugar, which is a game-changer. No weird aftertaste, no artificial junk, just clean ingredients and great taste. It mixes easily with water and gives me a noticeable boost in hydration and energy, especially after hot yoga or long runs. I also love that it includes real vitamin C and pink Himalayan sea salt—it feels like a smarter, more wholesome choice compared to mainstream sports drinks.Bonus: 70 servings per container means it lasts forever. Whether you’re an athlete, a wellness junkie, or just trying to drink more water, this stuff is a winner.

Use everyday!
I use Superieur Electrolytes every day and it’s become a staple in my routine. The flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and it dissolves easily in water. I feel more hydrated and energized throughout the day, especially after workouts or being out in the heat. Clean ingredients and great taste—highly recommend!

Taste is ok but very hard to dissolve
This stuff takes forever to dissolve! It works better in room temperature water, and you need to keep shaking it periodically until all of the clumps dissolve. Sometimes I could not get entire chunks of it to dissolve, it just stayed in kind of a gummy chunk. For that reason I switched to a different type of electrolyte drink, but at least I know there's not a bunch of other stuff added to make it dissolve better. But it's definitely not something you can make quickly seeing as how you need to give it a considerable amount of time to dissolve. I recommend using it in room temperature water, shaking it periodically for 5 or 10 minutes before refrigerating.

Good ingredients, no added sugar
So far I’ve tried the citrus, raspberry & watermelon and I like them all. I feel like the flavor profile is good and you can adapt the strength by adding more or less water.I’m a little leery of the grape - it makes me think of the “bug juice” (cheap institutional version of Kool-Aid) that we used to make at Girl Scout Camp. LOL If anyone can comment on the grape, I’d love to hear what you think.I have used both the individual packets and the tubs. I’m fine with both - no issues with caking, etc. Obviously the packets are easier for travel, purse, etc. but the tubs are more cost-effective. I just try to think about how I’ll be using it in the near-future when I determine which to buy. The scoop us small enough that I can get it into repurposed kombucha bottles without incident (I prefer to drink out of glass, even if I’m hiking).I do think it would have been nice to have a multi-flavor pack to taste when you’re test-driving them, especially given the cost investment. However, I’m happy with them, so not a big issue.I tried some other brands with monk fruit because my Mom HATES stevia & I was trying to encourage her to use it. While I like monk fruit (a.k.a. lo han guo for fellow Chinese herb nerds), I did NOT enjoy the taste of those other brands at all and I felt that the quality of ingredients was definitely lacking in comparison. While I can easily guzzle Superieur electrolytes down, the other brands made me a little more hesitant to drink - totally defeating the purpose.I also found when fasting this product did not seem to break my fast, but that is individualized, so you’d have to see how you respond. I did not monitor blood sugar or ketones, I can just say that I seem to do fine drinking the Superieur electrolytes as long as I stick to one or two servings in a day.Our water is horrible, so I often use the ZeroWater filter and add the electrolytes to make up for stripping everything out.Overall this is a thumbs up from me. Look for the Subscribe & Save Option if you want to save a little money & you’re not in a rush. There seem to be a lot of different listings, so dig around until you find your preferred format & flavor. It’s worth it.In do think this saved my keister on a 95-degree wildflower walk that was supposed to be 90 min & wound up being 4 hours! I was among the least wilted, despite regretting not carrying more water.

Taste Terrible
I used to buy this years ago and drink it all the time. I switched to GoHydrate after trying it on a whim and loving their cherry lime flavor. I recently remembered this brand and got the citrus again to try and switch it up. It tastes AWFUL. I don't know how I ever liked this brand, or maybe they changed? I like to mix my electrolytes in a big 32 oz mason jar of water. One packet of GoHydrate does great with this amount. One packet of this was not enough, it had barely any taste. Which is fine, I'm using more water than recommended. So I added a second packet. It did not dissolve that well in cool/cold water and the taste was terrible. You know when you take a multivitamin, how it sort of has a funky taste until you swallow it? That's how this taste - like bad vitamin water. I do not recommend.

Effective but Causes Headaches
Superieur Electrolytes – Plant Based Electrolyte Supplement with Sea Minerals does a good job of keeping us hydrated, but unfortunately, both my husband and I experienced headaches after using it.Pros:Good Hydration: It effectively replenishes electrolytes and keeps us feeling hydrated, especially after workouts or long days in the heat.Natural Ingredients: I like that it’s plant-based with sea minerals, providing a more natural option compared to other electrolyte drinks.Easy to Use: The powder dissolves well in water and has a pleasant taste, making it easy to incorporate into our routine.Cons:Headaches: The biggest downside for us is that both my husband and I developed headaches after taking the supplement. We’re not sure if it’s the sea minerals or another ingredient, but it’s been consistent. While this product works well for hydration, the headaches have been a dealbreaker for us. It might work for others, but we’ll be looking for an alternative.
