Fit perfect for rear coupe panel on 2007 BMW Z4 M
Fit perfect and I like the little insulating material to eliminate rattling noise. Just like OEM fastener.

fits loosely
Yes, they do work but they clip into the panel very loosely compared to the OEM clips. That allows them to slide in the clip mounting within the panel which means you must be careful not to bump them much when reattaching the panel or they will not align.
